I have been going to Nova Family dentistry for nearly 3 years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. This time, however, I was scheduled to have my cleaning done by a new doctor that was hired. I ended up waiting nearly an hour while she was "finishing up" with another patient. It would have been nice to have received a call to tell me they were that far behind so I could have done other things instead of twiddling my thumbs at the office. The cleaning itself was okay, and they did keep apologizing for keeping me waiting. But, they really should have given me the option of waiting or coming back as there were plenty of other things I could have done in that hour.

Great place for dentistry, their work is professional and not rushed. They do a thorough job especially in routine cleaning. My wife had her wisdom teeth pulled out and it went great. There is alot of flexibility with scheduling appointments.
