Nova Family Dentistry: Dr. Namrata Kaur

Dr. Kaur and Sitgut did an excellent job and got me a perfect smile. When I first went to the office I just wanted a routine care, which they did an amazing work in cleaning and getting rid of my tooth ache. As a satisfied customer with the care I received along with the clean work setting, I inquired more about getting additional work done to perfect my smile. Sirgut gave me the basic information and referred me to Dr. Kaur for additional details. After discussing different options, I chose Invisalign as my treatment option. The process from start to end was smooth. The first few days of wearing the Invisalign trays were uncomfortable, but I quickly got used to it. Dr. Kaur was great at promptly addressing any concerns I had over the course of the treatment.
Thanks Dr. Kaur and Sirgut for giving me the perfect smile in less than a year.

Doctor Ninh did a good job with tooth extraction, it just went so smoothly, and my second appointment for fillings was also success since Dr Namrata Kaur with her assistant showed professionalism by making good decisions and she was always careful and precise with her work and she did an outstanding job. This was my first visit to Dr. Kaur's office. It was great, I received my paperwork for first time patients prior to my arrival so I was able to fill it out ahead of time. My first impression was that the office was so clean and new. The staff was friendly. My hygienists was very nice. Dr. Kaur was very thorough with her evaluation. In the past I have gotten mixed feedback from dentists about having my wisdom teeth removed. She gave me the pro's and con's for having them removed and showed me where some people have issues with impacted wisdom teeth. She recommending not having them taken out and gave me the various reasons why. I am happy that our new family dentist is so close! She even gave great feedback on when to bring in our toddler for his first check up. I highly recommend Dr. Kaur's practice.

I am someone who has had a fear of the dentist since childhood and they were very accomodating. I had an extraction performed and Dr. Kaur thoroughly explained all my options and answered any questions I had and eased my mind.

I normally don't write a review but for my experience at NOVA dentistry l decided to write a review. I have been to other dentists office but this is the only dentist l feel at home and the people are so nice and honest . I went to my appointment with my family and even though l had not scheduled appointment for my son, they accommodated him and did a cleaning for him same day. I favorably recommend this office to you. Apart from doing a good job, they are so nice too.

Thinking about writing this review, I don't even know where to begin. I started with Nova Family Dentistry about 4 months ago with about 5 cavities and two root canals. My experience has been more than perfect. From every aspect of how this organization functions you can tell that they really care about the work they do. When I come to the Dentist now, it's not a worrisome trip and I don't stress about it at all. I feel as if I'm going to see my friends who just happen to be able to fix my teeth. The pricing is excellent and they provide a detailed summary of the pricing before the work is done, that way there are no conflicts. The doctors are very careful and explain everything in detail before they start the procedure. The procedures are always painless and I always leave satisfied, knowing that I have been taken care of. The assistants are always very kind and make sure that you are taken care of. Asma even took the time out of her busy day to call the restaurant downstairs and let them know that I was coming, so that I wouldn't have to go through my appointment on an empty stomach. The assistants and the doctors are second to none. I highly highly recommend this business and can't thank them enough for continuing to make my experience a very positive one.
