First time I have had this hygienist AND, I have a mouth full of 30 year old implants up and down AND FOR THE FIRST TIME I experienced a really superb cleaning. This person should train all others.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I grew up around Dental practices and had the same Dentist for 30+ Years - I would even travel to PA to have my check ups. I was having a hard time finding a new dentist once mine back home retired and Then I met Dr Hatch and I knew I’d be well taken care of. He and his staff have a great rapport amongst the staff and with the patients and they truly care about what they do!! The new facility is lovely and Dr Hatch is just the BEST!!!!

Dr. Carol Roberts is the best dentist we've EVER been to. She is friendly, professional, patient and thorough. . .as are all of the dentists, dental technicians and staff who work there.
Dr. Roberts carefully answers all of our questions and insists that we are pain free before and after every procedure. She is especially skilled at removing and replacing permanently damaged teeth to give us back our natural bite and confident smile.
We are senior citizens and will always use Crossroads Family Dentistry.

From the time I entered the door I felt welcome. I’m a new patient as my old dentist retired. I went a little early to fill out forms and surprisingly that didn’t take long at all. When I was called back my hygienist Jessica took time to get to know me and proceeded to document everything, as I stated, I’m a new patient. She checked my teeth cleaned them and did an awesome job. Dr. Hatch came after my cleaning and checked my teeth and was super nice and funny. This place is awesome! I highly recommend!

I normally hate going to the dentist, but the staff here made it pretty bearable. The hygienist was very friendly and took the time to explain what was going on. I felt very comfortable, and will continue to go to them for my oral care needs.

The front desk and lobby area are very nice and make you feel as if you are not even in a dental office. The feeling is almost like a new home or a nice hotel. The check-in was easy, quick, and painless; it was paperless so, it was very nice not to have to tire out your hand writing everything about you. All of the staff were very nice and welcoming. The equipment used was very nice and clean. Most people turn up at the thought of going to the dentist however, this place can change your outlook. I have had plenty of dental work in my life from a plethora of different dental offices, but this one was the best one I have been to. Throughout the process of cleaning, the hygienist checked on me to make sure I was doing okay and was not in any pain. I was in and out for new patient paperwork, x-rays, a cleaning, and consultation in almost no time. Reviews are written to tell about how a place made an impact on that person(s), so they mean a lot to readers. I am happy to write a great review for this place, knowing that it will encourage others to make this their dental home. However, when a place is this good and the reviews are so great, you know many people are going to frequent this place. When it is all said and done, I will continue to visit this place for any dental work and hope that it never gets so busy that I have to wait a while to get appointments (Oh you know, it's because it's packed because of how great this place is).

First timer at this office and I despise the dentist. I enjoyed my visit and was impressed with this office and staff. Quick check-in, good hygienist, super clean teeth and Dr. Hatch was great!! Very clean facility with COVID precautions in place. Highly recommend this office and look forward to my next visit.

This was by far the best routine visit we’ve ever had. My daughter loved the hygienist and dentist. Both asked about her basketball shirt and engaged her in conversation about her favorite sport. They were thorough, professional and extremely helpful. Their suggestions were “kid-friendly”. The front desk personnel also gets five stars for their friendliness and patience with me filling out the online form incorrectly. I’ll be moving all of us to this practice!

Great Dentist Office. Very warm people, from the front desk to the assistants and the dentist! My first time there and it felt like they have known me forever. Dr. Hatch was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!

Awesome!!!! Everyone is so nice, caring, and helpful. Dr. Hatch is the best dentist I have ever been too. You will never go wrong by coming here. I can’t say enough good things about them!!!!! Please come and check them out!!!! Debra my dental hygienist was awesome. She does the best work.
