Going to the Freedom Family Dentistry is never a chore and I actually like the people that care for me while I am there! Dr. Neibauer doesn't push treatments, is conservative in making decisions WITH me about my care plans.

I have been seeing Dr. Neibauer for a long, long time and he is the absolute best. It never fails! Not only that, his entire office is amazing. The front desk staff are 100% professional and I couldn't ask for better service. I enjoy coming to the dentist because they always make me feel welcome and important. I went in for a root canal and a few fillings. The service I experienced was absolutely great. Dr Neibauer and the staff treated me with care and it was a painless experience. I highly suggest the IV sedation for those who are like me and have dental anxiety. My experience has been so positive that I’m switching my dentist of 14 years and moving to Freedom Dentistry!

Best dental practice anywhere! Dr. Neibauer and his staff really are the best! Dr. Neibauer is honest and cares more about his patients than he does about his bottom line. You can trust that he won’t make a recommendation unless he believes it’s necessary for your health. His staff is amazing and so helpful. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the hygienists are wonderful to work with. Ever since I was a child I suffered from terrible dental anxiety. I no longer have any anxiety about going to the dentist and I am completely relaxed when I’m there. If you’re looking for a new dentist then look no further! I feel SO blessed to have found them and you will too!

I left my previous dentist due to the persistent up-selling of products and services, and scare tactics they used on me. Being a chain dentistry, it seemed like they always had a financially led motive with every visit. Once I was told I needed braces and was pestered into starting a payment plan immediately. It felt odd because my teeth are in perfect alignment and I have enough space between them. They said I needed braces because my teeth were too close together and they will fall out if I do not get braces immediately. I went to Freedom Family Dentistry for a second opinion and turns out, not only do I not need braces, but my teeth are in good condition (contrary to what I had been led to believe from my previous dentist for years...and thousands of dollars later). For the first time ever I left a dentist (FFD) without any extra unnecessary services being pushed on me. I was educated by the hygienist on ways I can start implementing healthier habits on my own, not by purchasing their products or starting new expensive plans. I am so thankful to have a dentist I can finally trust!

Best dentist office you will find anywhere!!! Dr. Neibauer is simply amazing! He is caring, thorough, and knows what he is doing. He offers lots of patient options and makes you feel comfortable. He uses current technology and has been able to find and correct problems others have missed. Our family now travels 3 hours one way to see him - he is that good. We are truly thankful to have found this amazing office full of great people who love what they do and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Come here - you'll never want to go anywhere else!

Time and time again, Freedom Family Dental proves that they are the best dentist office to join. Even had my wife go there for some procedures and they were flawless. Removed a couple teeth and did a couple fillings in under an hour! Cannot thank the enough!!!
