Freedom Family Dentistry

I have nothing negative to say about the staff or the dentist. This is about having a black and white policy and not showing understanding. On my way to the dentist my GPS informed me of increased traffic that would make me late for the appointment. I called the office right away to inform them of these changes. I arrived 11 min late for my appointment. I was informed I would not be seen as this will have a snowball effect on the staff’s schedule forcing others to be seen late. I can completely understand this and the stress it would cause both the staff and the people waiting. My last visit I was seen late and had a long wait. The dentist apologized several times for the wait. I had no complaints towards my wait as I can be understanding about how schedules can become effected by many factors outside the staffs control. I just wish the same understand was shown towards me. Again I am not saying anything negative about the skill of the staff within the building. I am just disappointed in the lake of understanding that was shown towards this situation when I showed understanding when the tables were reversed.

So far so good. My cleaning went well. This is my 3 rd cleaning. Everyone was very nice and professional. My appointments has started on time

Freedom Family Dentistry is a dang top notch organization! Their Team knows how to take great care of their clients! Always dang professional with a personal touch! If you like your smile then this is the Family for you!

I met Dr.Justin Neibauer many years ago at his original location in Central Park. He was and is a great person and dentist and he was so great and kind of me I am proud to say I brought my entire family to him over the years from my dad, both sisters and extended as well. He has his job cut out with me I am planing on remodeling my entire tetracycline stained and missing teeth with him. I now travel all the way from the west end of Richmond because he is worth it. I am bilaterally deaf with Cochlear implants now and I can both him and his entire staff are first rate. Thank you all for the past and for the future kindness.

My wife and I needed to find a new dentist for the first time in over a decade. In reviewing area dentists, I was drawn to Freedom's website. The reviews were excellent and so I went for the first time yesterday. I must say that everyone who works there- from the receptionist, to all of the staff that helped me (especially Jackie my hygienist), to Dr. Neibauer- were all tremendous! I can't say enough how pleased I am with my selection of Freedom Family Dentistry!

As always, service is prompt and everyone—front desk, hygienist, and Dr. Neibauer— does their part with warmth and competence. I especially appreciated the great attention to detailed cleaning from my hygienist. Great practice.

Another great experience. Had my 6 month check up today, no issues. Office staff and Dr. were great and friendly. Worked with Laura and she is great! I have mild dental anxiety and they are always patient and accommodating, highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Freedom Family Dentistry. I have a bit of dental phobia and the entire staff was extremely kind and very accommodating.
I had a broken tooth and they quickly worked me into their system so that I could be treated. If you have any fear of dentistry, this is a great facility to treat you.

Another fantastic check up and cleaning today, Laura is such a pleasant and thorough hygienist, and Dr. Justin Neibauer is the best in the area!
