Have been seeing Dr. Patel for many years . Always a great experience with his staff and office. He always provides an honest assessment with all choices and never pressures you into any procedures. His procedures are with very little to no pain. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and his office.

Went in today to get an extraction because I could not afford a root canal + crown. They worked with me and were so incredibly kind and sensitive to my financial situation. My previous dentist office was very judgmental so this was a huge shock to me. I was able to get a rate I could afford with some the help from family. I won't lose my tooth now! I'm so grateful.
Also, shout-out to Anna for being a complete sweetheart and easing my anxiety being there.
Edit: got my root canal & temporary crown. Painless experience. Dr. Schafer was friendly and did a great job, so did his dental assistant. Will definitely be referring family and friends :)

I have not been to the dentist in almost 5 yrs and I had a great experience returning. All of the Staff and Dr. Patel were great! After a cancellation, they grabbed me before leaving to let me know I could get my filling that same day instead of waiting. Excellent service all around! I've been a Neibauer patient for ten years. The last thing anyone wants during a pandemic is to suffer a dental emergency. But it happened to me. I lost a permanent crown last week. They're open on a limit basis during COVID-19 but they were able to get me in within a week. And they did give me a temporary fix until I can get the work done, hopefully in one month. I appreciate that even though I got bad news I fully understood what was happening.
They also took wonderful preventive measures to protect myself and the staff. Took my temperature before they allowed me in the building, washed, sanitized my hands and mouth before work. I rarely get good news at the dentist, but at least with Neibauer I always understand what's going on and what it'll cost.
