Was there 1/2 hr early to fill out paperwork
When I was called back I was there for 2 hrs
To get my teeth cleaned. WHICH they never did.
I was never told that I need antibiotics ahead of time
It took 3 1/2 months to GET the app...
I just don't know??????

I love the doctors and their staff. They have always been polite and helpful. The dentists are very thorough and go through every step with you. Their hygienists are the same way. The office staff is superior. I have never been to a better dentist office.

This practice is so amazing. Friendly, professional, CARING! I've never been to any office such as this. Dr. Patel is who I see and I would not choose anywhere/anyone else. They have excellent safety protocols in place due to Covid. I have no dental coverage and they work with you and give you the best care as if you had all the insurance in the world. Honestly, if you are looking for a dentist or unhappy with yours, give them a try. You will not be sorry! Love them!

Hello, I have recently visited this facility for some dental work to be performed. All employees were very respectful and understanding of my current issue. I will be returning again and would recommend based off the staff alone. (I did not get work dental work completed at this time) I was in and out very promptly with a game plan for my next visit.

Great experience from start to finish! They still honored my appointment even though I was late. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. The hygienists were sensitive to if something was bothering me and the dentist was quick and concise. Glad to have Neibauer as my dentist office!
