Dr. Richardson and Dr. Overstreet are arguably the best dentist’s this area. They both have Outstanding bed side manner and truly care about their patients. The same goes with the entire staff. For example, the staff called my insurance company to check if I was covered before booking my appointment. Thank goodness they did because I have a 6 month waiting period until I am covered. This practice goes above and beyond!

I loved my experience with this dentist. They ensure that you know what they are doing while they are working. They discuss all of your options for dental worked needed and they tell you what you need to keep your teeth healthy in between visits. I’ve had several fillings done and would tense up during the procedures as I get nervous but they tell me to relax and breathe through my nose. It helps! I no longer fear the dentist.

This was my first visit due to a recommendation from my daughter. I live south of the river so it was a 30 minute drive and we’ll worth it! The front desk staff were friendly and truly seemed to enjoy being there. Several patients arrived while I was filling out my paperwork and each arrival received a friendly welcome. My dental hygienist, Laura was professional, yet friendly, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Overstreet was also friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Early the next morning they called with an appointment for me. I have always found them to be professional, friendly and accommodating. Thanks again for the great service.
