The entire staff at River City Dentistry in Sandston, VA is extremely welcoming and professional. I walk in feeling like I am being greeted on a Hawaiian island!! If you are undecided about a dentist DR. Bottom is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail with a very gentle hand!

It's always an awesome experience at River City Dentistry on Nuckols Road. I've been going to Drs. Richardson and Overstreet my entire life. I'd never go anywhere else. They are beyond professional—they're genuinely kind and compassionate people. Their staff is outstanding and everyone involved with this venerable practice knows their stuff. Dr Douglas Overstreet spends time and is very meticulous, thorough and gentle with his work. He has made me comfortable and less nervous as a patient and quite reassuring. The staff is courteous and very pleasant too. I highly recommend Dr Douglas Overstreet and River City Dentistry.

Took my son for his first dental appointment today. He was quite nervous going into it. Dr. Overstreet and staff were so warm, kind, and reassuring! They even taught me how to properly floss my kids teeth and teach them good habits! We had a great first visit and getting a Batman toothbrush was my son’s favorite part (he was wearing a Batman shirt, and the staff was attentive enough to see that he would like that). Dr. Bottoms did a great job on my tooth extraction! Only 4 stars is bc of he forgot to write the pills to take care of it but other than that he is a great dentist! I recommend him!

I have been a client for several years and have always had positive experiences. The entire staff are friendly and professional. There is very little waiting room time. The dental hygenist is always patient (x-rays are difficult for me, my fault not theirs) and they are very friendly, while letting me know I should floss more. Dr. Overstreet is very professional and always explains everything. The office is nice too. Love looking at all the amazing photos Dr. Overstreet has taken. I would highly recommend Cooke, Richardson and Overstreet!
