My wife and I both had root canals done here and we both got abscesses within a week or 2 time post procedure. I had to go to another dentist to get my tooth fixed. The best part is I had a remaining balance which I didn't know about until I got a piece of paper taped to my door for court. Was I able to pay just the balance. NOPE. Had to pay their greedy lawyers fees and an interest rate that is criminal doubling my bill. My piece of advice find a small private dental practice where your a person and not a means to line everyone's pockets. This is a large corporation that will run you through the ringer. It's all a racket. Their " Lawyer" if I do the math correctly makes probably a couple grand a day in "fees" that are coming from people that need the money the most. Dont believe me go to the courthouse and look for " Va Family Dentistry" and watch as they just tally whack one person after another with fees and interest. It just saddens me that this is what it has come to. I asked to pay what was owed as soon as I was aware of what was owed. Nope had to pay lawyers fees for them to sign there name to a prefilled form. Moral of the story I wouldn't reccomend them. I found a dentist that I've gone to for 2 years they are the best, never had an issue. Buyer beware.

I am not a fan of this dentist office at all. The dentist I saw the first time I went was very abrupt, spent only a few seconds looking me over, and did not have a good bedside manner. I asked to be switched to a different dentist the next time I came back and they told me they would do that. The day before my next appointment I called to make sure that I would be seeing the different dentist and I was assured that I would be able to. However, upon arrival I was told that the different dentist was not in the office that day and I would have to see someone else. This is very disappointing to me and I am very reluctant to return.
