This practice is the best in the Richmond area. We had a family emergency (funeral) and had to change my appointment, and within two hours they had a cancellation, called me, and got me in for regular cleaning the very same day. And the service is wonderful, Michelle is the best, and Dr. Larkin sure gives you a wonderful examination. The entire staff is so very courteous, welcomes you with open arms, and knows their patients by name and greets them.

Wonderful, clean, and friendly atmosphere. I had an incredible hygiene visit. My hygienist was very thorough, yet gentle and considerate. I felt that the entire team, hygienist and dentist, reviewed my x-rays and dental work making sure that everything was healthy. I left knowing I was in good hands. My dentist Margaret is amazing person. She is very good with her patients and treats them with respect. When I complain of pain in particular area of tooth, she will be careful when cleaning that area not causing much discomfort.

Always pleased about the great job Dr. Larkin and his staff perform on us! Michelle the hygienist, did deep cleaning on my 4 year old daughter. With Michelle’s great experience and kid friendly behavior, my daughter was not scared anymore. Her teeth were clean and shiny again. I had Christian as my hygienist on my last visit and was beyond satisfied with his awesome job! He took his time to clean every teeth and every tiny corner and gave me very helpful advices. He was also very friendly and patient with my daughter and let her sit on my lab while watching cartoons and play with some toys he provided. Dr. Larkin’s long and great experience in his field and honest opinion makes me always feel safe about every decision I take regarding my teeth. Thank you !

I love Virginia Family Dentistry. Much to my chagrin, it had been 5 years since my last dental visit. My dental hygienist, Sharon, was very thorough and took every opportunity to educate me on dental health, she answered all of my questions, and made sure to explain everything she was doing throughout the cleaning and x-rays. I was so incredibly pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Iachini was very personable, competent, and wonderful! To top it all off, after my visit, I received a letter in the mail thanking me for coming to that office and Dr. Iachini's hand written signature was at the bottom. It was a small and simple gesture, but the fact that this practice takes the time to thank their patients for choosing them, shows how much you are valued and are viewed as an actual person and not a patient ID number. My entire family will be going to this practice. I can go on and on about how positive my experience was, I'd recommend Virginia Family Dentistry to everyone I know!

I am smiling! Fantastic service! Giana gave me a deep cleaning and I told her that I would rather have her stick me with needles than take my blood pressure. Sure enough... she took my blood pressure and (it hurts me... too tight)...she puts the needles in my gums... (not a flinch.. she is an expert!). I would rather go have my teeth taken care of here than sit through the DMV line or 64 traffic. Love these guys!

Margaret and Dr. Larkin are friendly, efficient and thorough! I've only had 2 visits at this location since switching from my childhood dentist due to insurance reasons and I have been very pleased! Margaret was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable at my first visit! The Staples Mill location is awesome! I would highly recommend!
