Having just recently moved to Virginia and establishing new dental care I am truly fortunate to have come to West End dentistry.
My overall experience was excellent! From the moment I walked in I had a very warm welcome. The staff was very accommodating and assisted me with all the paperwork and any questions I had. The hygienist was very professional and did an outstanding job! Dr. Cahn was very pleasant and thorough on his exam.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, old or new to Virginia. You will not be disappointed.

This place is truly the best. I had an extreme fear of going to the dentist after several bad experiences, so I went into the office nervous of what may happen. My nerves however were quickly calmed when I met the staff and was walked back for my x-rays. Then the dentist sat down and walked through my x-rays with me instead of leaving me to wait nervously for what he had to say. I feel so grateful to now know I have a dentist I can visit who cares enough to look over my teeth with me and make it a conversation so I know what's going on. Lucky for me nothing was wrong and I got some good suggestions from them to keep my teeth healthy. I truly couldn't have asked for anything more:)

From the first call to the office to my first visit - the experience has been excellent. Tara at the front desk is why I scheduled my appointment. This was my first visit to Dr Cahn's office as my dentist retired recently. I thought it would be hard to find a new practice that met the level of our family dentist, but his office earns a 5-star rating from me!! They scheduled me quickly as I had lost a filling just as the pandemic struck. Dr Cahn and his staff were kind, friendly, and caring. He was excellent at explaining my options and had to do a crown to save my tooth. West End Dental will be our new family dentist!

Great staff and services provided at this office. Experienced professionals who don't mind explaining every procedure. They also give clear instructions for you to maintain your smile at home. Fillings by Dr Cahn are finished beautifully and dental cleanings by Jennifer are the best! They consistently provide the same high quality service with each visit. The receptionist is the most helpful, kind and friendly person. Love talking with her whether over the phone or in person.

I can't say enough about the staff at West End Dental! Tara was most accommodating at getting me in and working around my schedule. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and put right at ease by the friendly staff. Tabitha took me back right away and was attentive and efficient at taking x-rays and prepping me to see the doctor. Dr. Cahn has a calming demeanor and thoroughly explained everything about my treatment course. They were most helpful at determining what should take priority and working within my budget. I highly recommend West End Dental and look forward to continuing treatment with them!

I have a huge aversion to dentistry after 24 years of Army dentistry, but came down with massive pain 2 days before a cruise...perfect timing. Walked into West End Dental as a new patient and was seen immediately. Dr. Cahn was amazing and his treatment was completely pain free and gentle, best dental experience ever. The staff were exceptional and put you completely at ease. I would recommend West End Dental to everyone, it's great!
