The clinic offers exceptional value and transparency for patients without dental insurance, including preparing quotes for uninsured work. I have to get a bit of dental work done and, honestly, I just pick West End Dental on a whim. I do NOT regret it. I've never been more relaxed and comfortable at the dentist before. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Dr. Cahn is amazing.

Great first-time experience at West End Dental. They were able to get me in quickly to fix a chipped tooth. Very nice office with friendly, professional staff. When I arrived for my first visit, they were ready for me and retained all the info I had given over the phone including the special concerns I have with my NTI. Dr. Cahn did a wonderful job with my tooth, it looks perfect. They also offer an attractive Care Plan which beats most private insurance policies that I’ve had in the past. I’m happy to have found West End Dental.

Wow, from the opening phone call to the departure this was just one great experience at West End Dental. On vacation with my kids, and being desperate for a real dental/pain challenge, the team was so kind, empathetic, helpful and informative. Got a handle on things, two prescriptions and Tara kindly let me know that one was free if I went Publix. So, for a total of $.97, my entire day and today have gotten far better. Thanks so much for the extra kindness, it was very needed and saved a precious vacation. Brian

I have been visiting this Dentist office from last year after I moved to Glen Allen. Doctor and staffs are friendly. (2 Star for that).
During my visit I always make sure there are no dues, insurance has covered for the visit and if there are any copay, I always make the payment before I leave the office. But most of the time after a month or so I get statement balance in my mail saying I have dues to be paid.
I don't understand if there are any dues then why did they say everthing is clear and payment is made at the time when I was in the office.
So, this makes me disappointed as I have to pay twice, once during my visit before I leave the office and again after I receive the statement on my mail box.
This is the only one thing that compels me to change the Doctor now.

Dr. Cahn, Tara, Kelley and Tabitha are all great people first of all! Secondly, I have moved to many cities in my career and never found a dentist like I have here! Dr. Cahn is so calm and reassuring as well as an expert dentist. The team all together make coming here a very positive experience. Glad I never have to move again-this is my " forever dentist"!

This was my first time at West End Dental and my experience was great! Everyone was so kind and inviting. They explained everything clearly before they did anything. All around it was a great experience and the staff is awesome! I would highly recommend West End Dental to everyone!

They were all amazing!! Super nice, explained everything, were so thorough, and have compassion for their patients! Especially Tara she went above and beyond to help me create and care plan and help me workout the finances!! Love love love them. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist!!!

I finally found a dentist and team who genuinely care about me as a person. Previous dentists have seemed more interested in what they can up sell me than my actual needs, but Dr. Cahn has talked me out of spending money on things he didn’t feel like I need. After years of searching I have a dentist for life.

Best dental office I been doc knows his stuff and so does his assistant I think her name is Katie...she was real professional and had me in and out in no time for a crown..they also took their time to numb me up...no longer have to dread going to the dentist cause of this dream team 🦷😁
