I visited Caitlin and her team this morning and I can’t say enough good thing about them. Everyone made me feel welcomed, comfortable and I was offered such great dental advice. They all explained each step along the way of my first visit and of what to expect next.

Hands down the most professional and welcoming Dentistry practice in the Shenandoah Valley. Dr Bachelor and her incredible team of practitioners provide extremely thorough and gentle care. Highly recommended.

My first visit to Dr. Batchelor this afternoon. The staff were great, the young woman that took my x-rays and prepped me was thorough and friendly. Dr. Batchelor did a fantastic job in cleaning my teeth. Probably the most thorough cleaning I've had in years. Aside from that, she was friendly, communicative and explained all options in detail should I need any work in the future to correct potential problems that may arise. I would not hesitate to recommend her for your dental needs.

This office has made me feel so comfortable with my dental care, even with my extreme anxiety about it! From the welcoming staff who call you by name when you walk in, to the puppies who hang out and make it feel like home, to the professional care from the hygienists and Dr. Batchelor, it is all spectacular. I originally picked this practice because my insurance changed and my last dentist didn't accept it, but this office did. Now I can say, even if the last practice were to accept it again, I would stay with Dr. Batchelor! I have had three different kinds of appointments with them, one being for my child, and they were excellent with each kind. I was stunned how well they handled my 4 year old and made her feel at ease and get EVERYTHING accomplished they needed to with her. I would recommend this practice for any age patient! It is a small practice, so there was a little wait with getting an initial appointment scheduled, but it was totally worth the wait!

I first visited Dr. Batchelor and her team for a check-up and cleaning last spring. They took time to learn about my overall health and current dental status. A thorough cleaning made my teeth look whiter than ever. Dr. Batchelor worked in a competent and gentle way to replace two damaged crowns. As a result, my teeth look better and feel better than they have in many years. I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Batchelor and her team this fall.

From the first phone call of scheduling an appointment, to the welcoming staff in the waiting area, the handshake from Donna, my hygienist, and the wonderful demeanor of Dr. Batchelor...this office hands down has provided the best dental experience I have ever had! My appointment ran a little bit behind (which was completely fine) so I sat and played with the office dogs while the staff took the time to ask me about my wedding plans because they knew I was getting married. Not only is the environment extremely welcoming, but also the work they do speaks for itself as well!

I very much appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to listen and provide multiple options. I was floored when Dr. Batchelor personally called me the day following my front tooth repair. I find the staff is compassionate and professional. I have already made several recommendations to friends and family as this office made me many times more comfortable and confident than the previous practice I was using.

The entire team is wonderful and makes sure you are comfortable during your visit. I had my first cavity ever filled there. Dr. Batchelor explained everything step by step to me while filling the cavity and even called the next day to check on how things were feeling. I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone!

I've gone to Caitlin Bachelor Dentistry for over a year now and my experience has been great. The staff is very nice and calm. The lady in charge of scheduling is incredibly nice and has been very accommodating with my crazy schedule. I've had a few cavities filled and the work was great, quick and painless. Finding a good dentist has been tough in the past, and I'm so glad I have one. A really good one!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Batchelor's office, considering I was going to the dentist! The office was up-to-date and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Both the hygienist, Courtney, and Dr. Batchelor were gentle and thorough. I felt very well cared for, and will certainly go to Dr. Batchelor for all my dentistry needs in the future.
