Great Experience today. I was early for my appointment and taken in before my appointment. Xrays, exam, cleaning, polishing all went well. The best part was the appointment lasted 20 minutes and returned to my office to continue my day. That is why I go to Dr Eye because he appreciates that my time is valuable and completes the appointment efficiently and professionally.

Yesterday I visited Dr. Eye for my semiannual examination. In addition to the regular general examination, discussions took place to address ongoing issues with some swelling of the gum around tooth #4. After a diagnostic x-ray he determined to refer me to an endodontist for further evaluation to determine further steps. Overall, a productive visit and decisive follow up action by Dr. Eye and his staff.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Rob and encouraged me to see him. I was ready to switch to a new dentist office. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very polite and respectful. Dr. Rob and his staff are extremely welcoming. When I walked in for my appointment the team was in the middle of their morning huddle. Dr. Rob was prepping his team for the day. I really appreciated seeing/hearing that interaction - shows the office communicates really well and they have a set plan for each day. I had never been to Dr. Kenneth Eyes placed before, I was sent by a referral after another dentist had messed up my nerve in my mouth. The moment I walked through the door I felt welcome by his staff and him personally came and sit down with me and asked me what had happened and what was going on immediately they took an x-ray and not only looked at it but then examined me about the nerve damage and come up with a plan that they was not even asked to do. I have been seeing Dr. Eye now for 7 years. I was very apprehensive about my first dental visit, but they made me feel welcome and comfortable from day 1. Dr. Eye and his team have always given me great care and have worked so hard over the years to give me a healthy and perfect smile. We decided a few years ago to give clear correct a try to help align my teeth. It did wonders but got to a point where my teeth stopped moving the way we wanted them to. Dr. Eye sent me to an orthodontist to finish getting my alignment back on track AND he made sure everything was taken care of and at no cost to me. My husband has had dental services from Dr. Eye in Woodstock, VA for years. He always raves about the service he received. I finally decided to switch dentists; I was not disappointed. Dr. Eye and his staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. I have been there twice; I waited less than five minutes each time. I had a filling replaced yesterday and could not believe how easy it was. Dr. Eye and his assistant worked so well together while making sure that I was ok the through the whole proces. Also, the injection that numbed my mouth did not leave the entire side of my face feeling numb and tingly like it had in previous experiences. I highly recommend Dr. Eye with Exceptional Smiles.

I really appreciate the care Dr. Eye II puts into his works. Even though I’m not in the office regularly, it seems that he always remembers me and what I do. I also feel at ease in the chair. Recently, I’ve had to have several repairs. He’s careful and kind. Highly recommend.
