I would give them zero stars. Their customer service is horrible. Whoever they have answering the phones is rude and unprofessional. I’m experiencing an emergency and she had an attitude from the beginning and wasn’t helpful at all. They definitely won’t be getting any business from me or my friends and family.

I've been seeing Dr Ganji since I moved to Northern VA four years ago. The staff is great and does a thorough job while cleaning. I've been twice a year for four years and each time my appointment started promptly and was completed quickly. They don't try to up sell you unnecessary services or teeth whitening. This office is by my work, so I'm able to get from work and back in 45 minutes or less every time.

I have been seeing Dr Ganji for few years. And had great experience during those times. I read the negative reviews and did not agree but had to call her office for a quote on a filling that has come out. (I did explain to the staff as I do not have job/insurance for an year) I am looking to pay just for the necessary and immediate care. The staff was rude (I agree with another reviewer), she said I am looking at your treatment plan you need a crown a totally different tooth and... blah blah... I asked her again "have you checked with Dr Ganji, it is about an existing filling at a different molar". To that she replied (rudely) I am looking at your treatment plan and this is what Dr will also tell you. Hmmmm.
I had to just thank her and end the call. 😏

Great dental office and fantastic staff. Dr. Ganji took her time and explained me the process of teeth whiting steps and gave me a few different options. Today I have a beautiful bright teeth and get compliments every time I smile. Please check them out and give them a try.

My family loves Dr. Ganji and we couldn't ask for anyone any better for taking care of our families dental needs. We have a son that is a little over 2 that loves the dentist!! Seriously how does that happen???!!! If you are looking for the best dentist in the DMV you should definitely give Dr. Ganji and her staff a try!!

I attempted to make an appointment and the staff was the most incompetent and rude. I was transferred several times with reason and when someone actually picked up they made seem like it was my fault I did not make their job easier. Please avoid this dentist an staff at all cost, they are rude and nasty people.
