As usual the Front Staff was warmly courteous and welcoming.
I was quickly taken to my assigned location which was designed like an individual Dental Suite, which provided a comfortable uncluttered space and a sense of privacy. My Dental Attendant was welcoming and accommodating and sensed my nervousness. She asked me about it and offered me soothing music 🎶 and assurance that she has seem many nervous patients benefit from her recommendations. I felt that l was in good hands. Thank you Fatima.
My lead Dentist, Dr Talwar was, as usual, welcoming and immediately put me at ease by reframing my nervousness as excitement to have my smile and confidence restored!
She reviewed with me our agreed upon plan of treatment and made sure that l understood the options and why she had made those recommendations. She also calmed my fears about the potential for pain and throughout the time, checked in on my comfort level!
She provided excellent care and decided upon a less extensive procedure based upon her clinical judgement and she kept me informed every step of the way!
This visit, like every previous visit with this team of professionals, has confirmed my original choice of this practice. I was welcomed, made to feel comfortable by the environment as well as all personnel. I received respectful, excellent care and left knowing that l could trust my Dentists to care for and instruct me in making wise choices about my dental health!

I loathe the Dentist or anything that involves my teeth/gums. Advance DC not only operates at a professional level, but they have the skills to match. I had moved to the area not long ago but after visiting not 5 but 7 different practices it appeared I would have to commute 3.5 hours to my old dentist 2 states away. Luckily I was able to get in to see the “Best in Loudon County” dental magicians. Their level of care and bedside manner was refreshing.
I know now I have one less worry with Advance Dental Care ready to answer my call!
