I starting coming to Advances Dental Care in Leesburg about 2.5 years ago. They are a pleasure to deal with and are easy to schedule visits. Before coming to Advances Dental Care it had been awhile since I had received a thorough cleaning, the practice I used before I always left questioning if they had really done a good job cleaning my teeth. I had a crown and fillings replaced and I was very comfortable during all the procedures. I would highly recommend!

Today's procedure was not as painful as the extraction procedure. I am quite thankful that this level of the entire process is behind me with no incident of concern.
However, I was a bit disappointed in the support staff
In that I didn't get some of the post surgery materials such as gauze to have helped me with the bleeding.
Not a single gauze was put in the bag.
Otherwise, everything was good.

Dr. Talwar and her staff are wonderful! They are professional and caring. I feel very comfortable having my teeth cleaned or any services, as the office is impeccably clean. They have taken extra steps to insure patient safety. They are so kind. Recently my husband passed and I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this practice!

Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They’ve provided an array of services for me, from teeth whitening to wisdom teeth removal to Invisalign. ALL of my experiences have been top notch. This is the first time in my life I don’t avoid going (and even do extra things) and it’s all because of their service and level of care. I’ve referred 2 friends and all are now permanent patients.

They said they would take my insurance. AETNA from WV they said yes. Got a ride to take a 2 hour drive to get there. Spend 20 minutes doing paper work before telling me they DONT take my insurance. After hours of telling the person on the phone that it's a emergency and I sit there and they tell me they do not. I had to wait 8 hours in the freezing rain to get my ride back home because they lied. Please don't waste your time on these people they will scam you with "free meds" and offer to help you but really don't. So much for a emergency dental care

I never thought I would actually say that I enjoyed a dentist visit, but I did. The support staff is very professional and efficient. The medical staff took the time to explain in simple terms what was going on and I now have a better understanding of my own oral hygiene. Seeing hi-res pics of the tartar buildup on my teeth has made me a fan of daily flossing.
I highly recommend this facility!

Thank you so much for not asking me "Do you like your smile?" Thank you for not making me go through the uncomfortable process of taking pictures. Thank you for not making me go into the room that allows access to other
patient's privacy act information on the unsecured computer. The appointment went very well. I was very happy with the service provided by Katrina. I am happy with all of the changes after my feedback. Will continue using this service. The office sent me a text on Saturday, requesting me to fill out four forms online, they wanted them completed the next day, Sunday; I would have preferred more time.

This dental practice is a five-star for sure. I had a crown come off and my regular dentist couldn't get me in as he was out of town. Advanced Dental Care got me in the same day. The office staff was very nice and organized. Dr. Kaur is excellent and and a good communicator, as was her dental assistant. Thank you Advanced Dental Care for fitting me in and taking such good care of me.
