A warm greeting at reception, on-time and sensitive preparation by the dental assistant, and a caring and careful exam by a doctor whose manner and explanation of the work to be done build confidence that you chose well.
Dr. Bawa is surely among the best in Northern Virginia. He has the skills that build your confidence and the latest technology — and he and they will comfort you in the chair, inform you as he works, and amaze you as you watch his CEREC device carve your new dental cap to a perfect fit for that broken tooth you came in with.
Hard to believe for a senior who hadn’t been in a dental chair for almost ten years, but I’m now a fan of modern dentistry, and certain to return soon to Dr.Bawa, his very impressive office, technology, and staff!

I get super anxiety from going to the dentist, but the staff is always supportive and kind. The hygienist is amazing! Dr. Bawa is patient with me (and I am sure I am a pain, lol!). They are knowledgeable and helpful. Best dentist ever!

Having not had access to regular dental care for many years I was quite nervous to have even a routine check up and cleaning. I can state honestly I was thrilled with the results when I left Dr. Bawa's office. Following a thorough series of x-rays I had a regular cleaning. When it was over I felt as though I had new teeth! The hygienist was gentle, courteous, and professional in all regards and really worked wonders! Given the unintended neglect over the years my teeth were very sensitive but the hygienist was very careful to work around my sensitivity and get the job done. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received in that regard. After the routine maintenance I had an examination with Dr. Bawa. He was more curt in his manner but his no-nonsense approach in explaining necessary corrective procedures and long term maintenance goals was greatly appreciated, especially as he explained the issues in layman's terms. I will very happily be scheduling all of the required and recommended procedures with Dr. Bawa's office in the immediate future.

The front office staff is wonderful and they called me to schedule my appointment as soon as they received my referral . The receptionist Keiona was lovely , friendly and efficient ! Joyce assisted Dr Bawa and she was very kind and professional as well. She made sure I was comfortable . Dr Bawa was excellent and explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered . He is an outstanding dentist and is very skillfull. In short , my experience was excellent from start to finish ! I neglected to get the name of the very nice lady who handles the financial details , so sorry .

My kids and I all go here. Great with the kids, both for dental work and orthodontics. They are very accommodating, even when I had a dental emergency! I'm a big wuss when it comes to dental pain, and they are quite willing to work with me, removing a lot of potential stress. In addition, all of their staff are very nice- I have sensitive teeth and every dental technician has worked with me to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible.
Covid update: most of the staff wear masks correctly, which is good. They only allow one customer in at a time, keeping everyone socially distant.
