I have been a patient of Dr. Rao's since 2007 . She is a kind, gentle, and caring person who genuinely loves to hear about your family and activities. I have had many dental procedures done there and have been impressed by her professional manner and expertise! She always ensures that I never experience any pain, ever! Her dental assistants are very efficient , too , and I always leave with squeaky clean teeth ! Whenever you leave, you receive a "goody bag" to take with you , which includes items that you need to prevent cavities ! Prevention is the key !
An important part of every medical office, is having a strong and competent staff . Not only are they excellent at what they do, but they make the office a HAPPY place ! As I arrive, I am greeted with warm smiles, as well as , when I leave! Going to this office is a wonderful experience and I highly reccommend it !

I started going to Dr. Rao several years ago, and then moved my kids over to her after I had such a great experience. Dr Rao AND her entire staff are so friendly and caring and fun to see when we go in for our appts. My kids love her too and think "she is so nice all the time." She is very gentle and genuinly concerned after appointments that require a lot of work. I remember the first time she called me in the evening after one of my appts (around 9/9:30), just to check on my and see how I was doing, I thought to myself.. "that is a first, and WOW, that was so nice" I trust Dr. Rao and her recommendations!!

I was having pain in my molar, I called a dentist near my location in Pender drive and made an appointment with him. He examined my tooth and told me that it needs to be removed. I was not sure about his decision than one of my friends recommended Dr. Sheila Rao for a second opinion. I called Dr. Sheila's office and explained the situation and they gave me an appointment for the next day despite being very busy. The next day I went to her office and the staff welcomed me with a smile and asked me to fill out the necessary forms. Dr. Rao's office is equipped with very modern technology. I can honestly say that this is the best dentist's office I've ever been to. It all starts with their amazing staff. They are very nice and very professional they make sure they make you feel comfortable.. Dr. Rao saved my molar tooth by deep cleaning it and her working style was so professional made me comfortable during dental work. The quality of service is above and beyond and if I could rate them 10 Stars I would. They genuinely really care about their patients and it's hard to find an office that does. They are very flexible and will work with your budget or help you find other options.
