My son and I had the best experience at South River Dentistry today! Dr. Blackburn was so nice, kind and humorous as he made us feel right at home. I called my husband after the appointment just to tell him how nice Dr. Blackburn was to us. I even told him that Dr. Blackburn is probably the nicest & best dentist I have ever had! I was glad my husband selected this dentist location for our family to go to.

I would give the whole practice a zillion stars if I could. I’m not one to write a review, but when I experience folks such as these and the wonderful treatment and professionalism rendered, I’d certainly be remiss not to express how comfortable I felt. Who feels that way way in a Dentist’s office, lol. “I did”. Get This: I came in on an emergency basis, the entire staff was kind with genuine smiles, Dr Blackburn was wonderful, knowledgeable, personable, reassuring, took his time, gentle(I was in pain), very nice to his staff, the whole package and then some.This mean pandemic still exists in so many ways. So it’s just nice to know you’re getting the best care; complete with a genuine smile!!! THANK YOU♥️

All of the staff is pleasant and helpful, especially Wendy, the hygienist, who is the absolute best!
I do wish that there was a place to sit in the shade outside while waiting to enter the building. (Covid restrictions). I had someone drop me off without realizing that I’d have to wait outside in the sun.

I went to this practice because I wanted compassion and a no judgement for my myriad of issues. Dr. Lee and all the staff were just that — kind, caring and understanding. I never once felt embarrassed or judged. Additionally, the work on my teeth has been fantastic and I am confident they will get me through this and bring me back to a healthy state.
