This place is great. Ben gives very thorough cleanings. Dr. Mule is excellent. They also have a 10% self-pay discount which has been helpful when not having insurance.

Monica and Dr. Estill did an outstanding job on my crown and Root Canal. I was nervous about pain as I had experienced a lot before on a crown and they were able to sedate and I had no discomfort. Was the best experience of my dental life :)

I had two teeth and a wisdom tooth extracted earlier today. I’ve also had horrible experiences with dentists before which led to significant anxiety about the whole thing but Dr. Doss and Virginia Family Dentistry were incredible. Dr. Doss took the time to explain the procedure to me and checked regularly during the procedure to make sure there was no pain. Couldn’t be more impressed with the work they’ve done. They will be my only dentist from now on.

Always friendly staff, encouraged me to bring my children to watch. They even held my toddler when she was crying when I got my teeth cleaned - and then told me to bring her back next time! What a great group of providers. Always professional and explained everything with me. Thorough assessments of mouth, jaw, and neck (even lymph nodes under jaw and neck).

I chipped my back tooth and normally I go to Huguenot Office, but I was transfer to Brandermill because to me this needed to be done today. Brandermill jumped into action at short notice and got me in their office. They took the time to educate me on my options and right to the business. Get this thing out. Normally you find one jewel in the bunch but not at this location, everyone is AWESOME, KIND, and more than willing to put me at ease. KUDOS to the whole crew, they set the bar high for all other dental offices in VA. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST. Thanks again CJ

Dealing with the insurance and billing side is horrible. Make sure you know your benefits well, because they will tell you, you don't have coverage. Had to continually follow up with them to file the orthodontic claim. They don't want to be bothered to file for secondary insurance. You have to call the office repeatedly to get someone to return your call weeks later.
