I had a great experience! Very nice staff, absolutely an amazing job they did on my cleaning. Everyone was extremely nice and I was called back very quickly. They explained everything they were doing in detail which was great. Didnt rush the process I really felt he took the time to make sure my teeth were perfect. Clearly this place is very organized. My teeth have never looked so good.

Dr Roper is amazing! I have been treated by him for a few years for multiple dental issues and his competence and professionalism were evident from the very start and continued throughout. Going to the dentist has never been pleasant for me, but Dr. Roper and his team have certainly taken the fear out of it. I highly recommend Dr Roper and his team!

I have to be completely honest. I’m utterly terrified of dentists. Dating back to when I was around 12 years old.
This dentist, at this location, with the nurse (I hope that’s a proper term) they’re fantastic! I have 4 teeth pulled and some other work done today and this place is fantastic! My nurse (?) maybe dental tech is better; she was awesome and the dentist is awesome. I FREAK OUT for dental work. This place is proper!
I have plenty more work to be done, but out of the half dozen places I’ve been in the area, I feel like this is the place I feel most comfortable. That being said, dental work isn’t comfortable for me. I’m utterly terrified. I fully appreciate everything VA family dentistry new kent-quinton provides. That’s saying A LOT coming from me. They worked quickly, they’re not stingy with the nitrous (calms me down) the stitches aren’t bothersome (it’s the first night; no complaints) and they were utterly accommodating even from the consultation. I’ve consulted a solid half dozen dentists in the area and I REALLY hope I get the same lady as the dental tech/nurse on my next visit.
Bruce Denton highly approves! I feel like I finally met my “clique” in dentistry. I really hope the same lady I saw today and my consultation continues to be my dental tech/nurse. The dentist is also real good. Just don’t tell them you listen to country music😅 that ain’t happening.
Good people all in all. Stamp of approval from someone that’s avoided dental work for 20 years. Real people. No sugar coating, they tell you what’s up, up front, straight forward, encouraging…. I like this office quite a bit if you can’t tell.
They treat you with respect and really do go above and beyond to accommodate you. I had another dentist in quinton promise me the world to keep me from freaking out, then welched on those promises. That led me to VA family dentistry and they didn’t over promise, then came through in the end of the procedure that made me feel more comfortable.
I’ll be going here for all my dentistry needs… which are a lot.
