Reston Sunrise Dentistry

I have been going to this office for 2.5 years. What I like about this office is that it is a very warm and friendly environment. I feel that the staff and Dr. Hanah Pham cares about my teeth. I have been treated with respect. Dr. Hanah Pham is very gentle and nice. I can ask questions with out feeling embarrassed. I am not afraid of the dentist anymore. I have recommended this office to all my friends and family and now to you all who is reading this. Good luck!!

I feel good about coming to Reston Sunrise Dentistry. Dr. Pham and staff are kind and make sure that what they are going to do isn’t painful and they are very efficient. We end up finishing early most of the time. I highly recommended this office with out questions.

First and Foremost I would like to thank Dr.Pham for her patience with me. I am extremely scared of dentists since childhood. Just coming in for xrays and checkup used to take me so much effort and stress. Thankfully finding Dr.Pham made me gain some trust/confidence. She is gentle and caring, and has made me very comfortable to be at her office. I have literally changed so many dentists until I found what I was looking for at Dr.Pham's office. I still need IV sedation for major work, however now I am able to go to appointments for checkup and xrays without the need for sedation.

I have been to 3 other dentists, and none satisfied me as much as Dr.Pham. I can with confidence say she is the best sedation dentist. When I got work done at other places while under sedation, I kept waking up and remembered the whole thing afterwards. With Dr.Pham, I can now get all the major work done without anxiety and fear.

Office interior is very new and modern. The other offices I have been to seem so old and not as clean compared to Reston Sunrise. Staff is helpful and they work very well with insurance so I dont have to. Everyone and Everything in this office is phenomenal!

I am so glad I found Dr. Hanah Pham because I have been wanting to fix my teeth with quality work under IV sedation dentistry but could not find dentist that can have the skills to do comprehensive dentistry under sedation. I have the money just have not trust anyone enough to spend my money until I found Dr. Hanah Pham. She is so skilled and a perfectionist that all her work came out perfect. If it is not to her standards (very high), she won't cement them. I have had full mouth crowns, implants surgeries and restoration with sinus lift , and veneers in mouth done by Dr. Hanah Pham. My whole family did all their work under IV sedation for complex work . They love her. Excellent dentistry does not comes cheap and I am happy to have Dr. Hanah Pham to do all the work. Now I am on maintenance only which is minimal cost. Dr. Tran (the anesthesiologist) did my IV sedation at Dr. Pham's office. I am so happy and thank you !!!

I would highly recommend Reston Sunrise Dentistry to others. I find Dr. Hanah Pham to be very knowledgeable and she holds herself to a very high standand. She is a perfectionist which makes me know she is alwya doing her best forme; for example, when a crown did not fit perfectly she sent it back so that I could in the end have the best look, fit and feel!! I appreciate her attention to detail. She takes great care of me and my entire family.
The Staff at Reston Sunrise Dentistry is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have a wonderful team approach to dentistry which makes appointments productive and even sometimes enjoyable---which is saying a lot because no one really likes going to the dentist 

Very disappointing experience beginning with total lack of communication about my insurance. I sent over all my insurance information nearly a week prior to the appointment, only to arrive the morning of and find out they did not accept my policy. After negotiation, we worked out a pretty high copay based on out-of-network status.

The next issue occurred with a total lack of respect from the dentist. I am a male in my 40s and went to this dentist because my family had a bad situation causing us to lose access to our regular dentist in Maryland. The staff at Sunrise Dentistry literally talked to me like I was a 12 year old who ate candy and wouldn't brush his teeth before bed. VERY condescending tones towards me, starting with showing me pictures of teeth and a lecture on how bad my dental habits were. The dentist was even worse, making all sorts of inappropriate and snide remarks about my teeth about the build-up, which as stated was heavier than normal due to having lost access to my other dentist.

In the end, I was literally asked to leave this office for all intents and purposes. The dentist spoke of using "special medicine" on my teeth and wanted $200+ dollars for it. The receptionist then said my insurance would not cover it and well...I was asked to leave.

To summarize - DO NOT use this dentist. They are rude, unprofessional, and are used to catering to wealthy people in Northern Virginia. If you are not one of those individuals, they don't want you there.

I have been going to this dentist all my life, I am 16, and have always loved it. The people who work here are very welcoming, friendly, and very interactive people. I have never gone anywhere else and same goes for my sister, mom, and dad. We all use this dentist and we love it!
