I would like to share my experience with forest Hill office. I called before entering the building for my appointment. I was told to come in.When it was my turn,I was given my information to update, and complete the SARS /COVID questions. The receptionist checked my temperature.
My hygienist called me and she had on two mask,aspecial cover medical jacket that covered down to her knees or longer and this was not regular protective gown,her head was covered and she had on a pair of gloves that she removed and donned another pair to clean my teeth and she put on a face shield .
When the dentist entered to assess my teeth. She put on gloves and was already double masked. She begins to check my teeth.
I asked her where is your face shield. She tells me she is not wearing a shield besides a shield is to protect her from my fluids
Dr. Greer it also protects me from you.
So I was very disappointed in Dr. Greer after she made that remark.She did not put on a face shield.
COVID is REAL.
