Today was my first time visiting Complete Dental Care of Richmond. They were extremely thorough: lots of x-rays plus a scan, a gentle cleaning, a non-rushed visit with the dentist, and they have a nice approach to explaining costs /co-pay, etc. Someone came to me, pulled up a chair and went over everything, line by line and asked if I had questions. Everyone was so friendly. I was "Welcomed" several times. I definitely recommend this place for dental care.

Love this place! I’m a new patient everyone is so friendly, outgoing and inviting. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and they made me feel comfortable while also being knowledgeable about my teeth. I feel much better now and thanks again complete dental care team ☺️

Let me just say this office is so amazing. Everyone is so friendly and smiling. It started at the front desk with the receptionist greeting me and asking me if I needed anything. I was late so they had to squeeze me in the busy schedule which I thank them for. But the staff was so accommodating. Everyone that walked by asked me if I needed anything. They really made me feel welcome. I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Between the staff and the doctors themselves, this is the place to go. I appreciate everything they did for me that day. I will definitely be back and I will make sure if anyone in the Richmond area needs some work done, they need to get in touch with you all. Thank you

The office is good about explaining everything being purposes for treatment. The staff was very efficient. The dental assistant was good at her job. The dentist could use some classes on “bedside communication “ however she was a very good dentist.
