I've been a patient of Complete Dental Care of Richmond for a few years now and absolutely love them! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I don't work near their location anymore, but choose to commute further for appointments after work because of the excellent care I know I'll receive. I've always been terrified of going to the dentist, but they make me feel at ease every time. I highly recommend their practice because they're very professional AND personable!

Dr. Chen is fantastic. She has a lovely self depreciating, warm demeanor, very patient- centric and is extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain procedures in great detail. She presents all different considerations in procedures and proceeds cautiously and professionally in every way. She and her staff are outstanding, very personable and extremely helpful, seeking to accomodate new patients and provide pricing and protocols efficiently. So far, outstanding experience... my new dentist!

My teeth are cleaned, but.....
The dental hygienist I had was very rough around my gums, forgot to hand me goggles to protect me from water, rinse spray from going all over my face, and the goggles appeared dirty. I didn’t historically have issue at this office, but they now have new owners. I like the managing dentist, but the hygienist needs to be reminded of the care in the dentist experience that people should be able to rely on when choosing where to receive these services.
