I’ve been going to Complete Dental Care for a few years now after realizing that I was being taken advantage of with super aggressive diagnoses at my previous dentist. Thankfully I’ve had no cavities for the last 6 or 7 years and I’m always given updates and ways to better care for my teeth at home. The times work for my schedule and I’m glad after 6 years of living in Richmond I finally found a dentist that’s a good fit, convenient, helpful and affordable.

I’ve had a life time of bad dental experiences and I can say without hesitation that Dr Barbato and the entire staff go out of their way to make everything as painless and anxiety free as possible!! I’ve had root canals and crowns done here so I’m not talking about routine cleanings. Alicia, however does a tremendous job with that as well as all the other state of the art battery of tests. So if you need some work or just want a friendly group then look no further!!!

I have bad anxiety, especially when it comes to the dentist, but Dr Zhang & Dr B are both really cool, as well as all the assistants 😊 they're gentle & won't continue if you're uncomfortable. Even the ladies up front are awesome, they answered my call after they had closed & scheduled me for the following day. They make sure you understand what's going on & how much it will cost before you make decisions, which is super helpful.
Also, they have amazing promotions! I've never had a dentist do anything for free or with a discount... They have a St Patrick's day promotion going on, where you pick a number from a hat; I got 10% off my visit yesterday (which was huge) then they scheduled my next visit during their next promotion giving me another $100 off! They had already given me a filling free too 😊 so far, I've saved around $250!
My 2.5 year old also had a "happy visit" where they check her teeth & show her the dentist isn't scary.. Abby wouldn't sit still in the chair so Dr Zhang came out to the waiting room while she was sitting in her dad's lap & Dr Zhang did Abby's checkup 💕

Alicia does an amazing job with cleaning my teeth and educating me on different techniques to try and always up to date on the lastet trends and studies.
