Dr. Whyte Smile

Let me just start off by saying I never give places bad reviews but this dentist office has been so difficult to deal with the past few months. When I started coming here a few months ago the main dentist made me feel so welcome and at ease. After that Every appointment it was something that made me dread coming back. I went in for one appointment for a cavity filling and he then told me he had to do a crown and a root canal ( I would have prepared my day for that if I would have known because I had to go to work after ) and then they told me the amount for this which I was also not prepared for so I told them something was wrong and my insurance should be covering more But I could make payments every time I come in.. after three times of telling them that something is wrong with the insurance info they Put in they finally realized I was right and fixed it but did not apologize. Another appointment I went in for a filling so I planned my day around this and got out of work early and he ended up not doing my filling that day because my gums were bleeding so he sent me home with a mechanical toothbrush and told me to come back in a few weeks.. it made me feel as if they didn’t have time to do what the scheduled me for so they just sent me home. I call to schedule my next appointment and it’s a new person at the desk who informs me that I have a balance that needs to be paid and I set my appointment for noon and told him no problem I would pay it when I go in.. when he calls a few days later to confirm my appointment he set it for the wrong time that we agreed on so I couldn’t make it because I have multiple jobs and I would call to schedule another one when I can. I called today to reschedule it and he tells me my bill went to collections.. not one phone call or mail was sent me about this. You would think after calling them crying that I got laid off due to covid they would be a little more understanding. This place is just overall super unorganized and I’m highly disappointed that I wasted so much time trying to deal with them because I did like the dentist himself.

Dr. Whyte, Anthony, and Emma were so great to work with. They were considerate of my expectations and how that correlated to treatment options. I’m new to the area and this is just the type of dentist that I was hoping to find - highly recommend!

Best dentists and staff. Extremely courteous of your time, not like a typical doctor's office, where you wait for 30-45min to be seen. Here, they schedule patients to make sure each patient is seen within 5-10min wait at most. Staff is extremely personable, caring and professional. I started going here 14 years ago, when the practice belonged to Dr. Spitzer, most caring and wonderful dentist I have ever met (and unfortunately I've seen many). He retired, but before doing so he made sure to leave his practice in great hands with Dr. Whyte. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have never had such a FUN dentist appointment. Yes, I said fun and dentist in the same sentence! I had my first visit at Parham Dental Group yesterday afternoon and I cannot wait to go back for my next cleaning. The front desk staff was welcoming with all smiles. The hygienist Christine was easy to talk to with her bubbly personality. She was thorough and made sure to address any questions or concerns that I may have had. Dr. Whyte's office gives off nothing but positive vibes. Thank you all for a great experience.

Great employees, Very comfortable dentist office!

Dr. Whyte is one of the best health care providers I have ever had. He is not overly formal or business like. Dr. Whyte has a way of making his patients feel at ease.
The feeling in the office is not cold like most offices. All the staff interact with the patients like old friends. At Parham Dental Group, going to the dentist is more like visiting friends than just procedures.
We have been patients there almost 25 years. In our late 60’s , we still have all our teeth!

Dr. Whyte and staff make every visit enjoyable! Excellent people who provide excellent care & make you laugh on top of that. For someone who is typically weary of dentists, they have made me feel comfortable and well informed on each visit.

Just love this Dental practice! Everyone is always very nice. Place is clean and updated. I've been using them for many yrs , and have alway been very happy. If you have Dental anxiety this place is for you. Christine the hygenist is absolutely the best!!
