Great family atmosphere. Tonya was handling things herself up front and making it happen. Sam and Dr. Audra Jones were fantastic. Dr. Audra is sensitive and caring in her approach, always ensuring/advising what’s coming next. You can tell she loves what she does!

This was my first time meeting Natasha, the Dental Hygenist. This was my 6mos cleaning and check up and she was excellent; very thorough; explained what she was doing, providing feedback along the way. Overall experience from intake to finish with Dr. Jones was professional.

This was my first appointment with Family and cosmetic dentistry , and I was greeted by the receptionist immediately and she was very pleasant I met with the dental hygienist and spoke with her she took photos of my mouth and I told her about previous dental experiences which were not good, she assured me that they would take great care of me I then felt comfortable . I met Dr A she was amazing she talked to me about her plan of treatment and I look forward to my next appointment which I never thought that I would say about my dentist 🤗

The visit was fine and I have no complaints. However, at check out I was told to pay for the visit. I was told my insurance did not cover cleanings. I called the insurance company and this was wrong. I called back the next day and it was confirmed that the information was inaccurate.

I've been on a long, long, long journey searching for the right dentist to suit me and my specific dental needs all while providing me with the knowledge I needed for a FULL TREATMENT PLAN THAT WOULD HELP ME GET THE PERFECT SMILE BACK after a traumatic dental experience left me with severe dental anxiety. I finally decided enough was enough of me being my own dentist. So I spent an entire evening researching dentist in the area I read over 100 reviews and when I read the reviews for Dr. Jones I was blown away by the level of consistency from the reviews. Each review spoke about how amazing Dr. Jones and the staff were and I decided to call and setup an appointment. I'm so happy I did because it truly was the beginning of an amazing experience. When I initially walked into the office I was very nervous but everyone made me feel very welcome and was so genuinely kind. Alicia the dental assistant was super catering and personable. Dr. Jones was the icing on the cake. She came in and I immediately could tell she is passionate about her career and truly care for her patients. She was phenomenally thorough and I literally left feeling like I cant wait to return. I've been in Richmond for a while and I've attempted to try a few dentist but always let feeling confused or like just another patient. When I left today I felt so genuinely happy that I've have finally found my dentist after being here in Richmond over a decade and now I'm looking forward to my final results. While I'm certain Richmond has it share of utterly amazing Dentists its nothing like having one that suits your needs in every aspect. Thank you!!!😊
