Went scrolling on Google looking for a dentist and stumbled upon this little gem. I read reviews, did a little research and decided to call and see if they were accepting new patients. I was super skeptical because I have not encountered the best dentists or dental offices. I called and was able to get a new patient appointment in less than a weeks time. Then I arrived for my appointment super nervous and anxious, however Dr. Shan and her hygienist assured me that I was in good hands and to worry about nothing. Let me just say, Dr. Shan is AMAZING. I went with intentions of doing the normal, (cleaning, x-rays, etc.), and creating a treatment plan, however I left with root canals and fillings done all at the same time in one sitting. And they were done amazingly and effortlessly. I left looking and feeling like a million bucks! I say THANKS ladies, and Dr. Shan, YOU ROCK!!! And changed my life today in more ways than you could imagine. I will definitely be returning and referring everyone right on over!

When patients ask directions, statements like north of west broad where Glenside intersects with Bethlehem would have been more helpful than "close to mission BBQ".
Service was great. I am ecstatic that I can brush my teeth without pain. The absolute joy of being pain free. I can't appreciate enough.

Great experience here. The team is so nice and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have had a fear of doctors for so, long, but Dr. Mike has such great energy and makes you feel very comfortable while in the chair. I always have little to not wait time. I have worked with Dr. Shan in the past and just is just as great.

Do not recommend. They are not very adept at verifying insurance coverage. They were on my list of preferred providers by my insurance carrier. But for some reason they said they couldn’t verify coverage. I emailed all documentation and verification of coverage phone numbers a week before appointment.

Dr. Shan and her staff are phenomenal. I have a fear of dentists and Dr. Shan alleviated that fear. It didn't hurt that Rocky 4 was on in the exam room because that is one of my favorite movies. I felt very comfortable at Dr. Shan's office.
