Ok my boyfriend and I went. He had a cleaning appointment and I had an emergency extraction appointment
It was the worst it seems like a bunch of friends rented out a building after getting there dental assistant certification and called it a dentist office. My boyfriend got his teeth cleaned and he said they just brushed it. I sat there for 2 hours for some lady to come look and reschedule me to get my teeth pulled. I never went back

Dentist acted very weird when I went in for my cleaning. They barely cleaned and just flossed. Even missing teeth during the flossing. My boyfriend needs a root canal. They scheduled it in January for today (March) and they called this morning to say it is canceled due to a family emergency which, as I read these reviews, seems to happen often. Seems like a very sketchy place that I definitely don’t want working on me or my boyfriend’s teeth. Will not be going back.

they made us wait for hours on end. I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction and they made me wait hours just to look at my PREVIOUSLY scanned x-ray from a previous appointment (which I also waited hours for) just to tell us that they cannot do the procedure here and they CHARGED US $95 for a "checkup" even though I had no examination or anything done expect sitting in the chair for hours. I have given more than three chances with more than enough disappointment. not professional, definitely a medical scam going on here. Also the doctor said she isn’t licensed to work with my situation and gave us a referral to a different dentist (it was a wisdom tooth extraction?!?!)

Absolutely do not recommend. The receptionists are the best people there.
I’ve waited at minimum 30 mins to be taken to the chair to again sit there.
Fishy how the dentists are always leaving because of “a family emergency”that I got yet another call about last week. I’ve been called to reschedule more than once (possibly 3) due to this. Something isn’t right here.

This is the most ridiuclus dentist i ever been to i dont recommend this place they dont care about your teeth my fillings are horrible my teeth didnt get cleaned the right way and you will sit for 2 hours in a chair before even getting seen they rush and are over worked at this place its a filthy hole in the wall. Go somewhere else you will be wasting your time. I see why the dentist leave this place idont know who runs it but they need a big change. I wont be back to this place. I wouldnt even give one star. They need to close it down i will let other knows to pass this place up i had enough

I do not know how to express my thanks and gratitude to the doctor ALAA ALRABAB and doctor Mustafa for providing me with service and medical advice at a professional level and with very high professional ethics that exceeded expectations. My meeting with this elite deserved to travel 3 hours to visit the dental clinic.

So let me start by saying although I have never saw the same dentist twice here ( which is super weird as if my last denist has just disappeared) , I don't have issues with service provided overall BUT I am someone who appreciates appointment times and vaules vaules other's time as equally as my own . Yesterday my appt. was for 11 , however myself included there were a few others who were waiting for an hour at minimum before we were at least sent to the back, where for me perosnally I waited an additional 30 minutes before being seen. Oddly enough, which again I can't blame on staff but, they were unable to finish my filling due to bleeding so I had to come back today. I thought maybe the ridiculous wait time obviously due to a short staff was a one time thing but it was not. Again today I waited an additional 45 mins past my appt time before finally being sat in the back to wait again . I would have rather had someone call me and try to reschedule if that would have helped then for 2 days this week to have spent my only free time child and husband free at the denist office waitng for them to get it together 😑🤣 This has also happend to husband to the point he quit coming here last year but I stayed. At this point I will be trying to find another place but being on medicaid I am starting to feel none of these places are going to be that great compared to when I had private insurance but at least maybe I can find a place who has a better handle on how things are ran regarding this issue.

The staff was very friendly, the office was clean, and covid 19 safety guidelines were being followed( masks, social distancing) I really appreciate that the dentist explained everything to me in detail before beginning my procedure. She also made me feel at ease about asking questions or stopping if I needed a break or felt any discomfort.

Best dental office I've ever been to. Very gentle dentists that are very experienced. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I had to have a difficult procedure and it was amazing how smooth it went and how compassionate the dentist was during. The dental assistant is amazing as well and knows what she is doing along with being very nice everytime. Definitly recommend to people that have had bad experiences and anyone else who wants the best experience possible.
