My dental hygienist helped to things very comfortable even though I can get very nervous going to the dentist. My dentist was very thorough. The office is also very nice.

I went after being referred by a friend to have a tooth extracted . Upon arriving the front desk staff was ok , mildly friendly , after being taken to the back I took X-rays and was finally introduced to the dentist .... he seemed friendly at first but that went out the window , he was very nonchalant with my concerns about my extraction and walked away as I was asking questions . Then went on to mention I needed a lot more work done and just laughed ... I don’t find that funny , & was very rough during the extraction despite the amount of pain I had already arrived in , he jabbed the needed for numbing into my jaw instead of gently placing . I have more soreness from the needle than the actual removal of the tooth . He asked if he wa hurting me I replied yes and he applied more pressure ... If my original dentist did extractions I would’ve had him do it . I’ll only be coming here to remove teeth . Not for regular care

I have been a patient of Dr. Yasser’s for several years , and I have always had excellent care from start to finish. All treatment options are clearly presented, and the office staff is professional and friendly. Everyone is attentive to patient comfort. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family dentist and without hesitation!

Went in for 2 teeth that were bothering me, left with an over $20,000 “quote” of everything that needed to be done in my mouth. Never even helped me with the 2 teeth I originally went in for. Then the doctor made a joke to another doctor nearby saying “He’d do it for free” followed by him laughing and saying “just joking” which I would never expect anything done for free but it’s good to know my pain can make someone laugh. Do not recommend at all. And I had to wait 30 minutes before the doctor even came back at all.

Recently, my Latino mother, who is not fluent in English but has basic comprehension and speaks with an accent, was treated unpleasantly and felt discriminated against by one of this office's female receptionists when she arrived for her first appointment.
My mother presented her Medicare + supplemental insurance information and the receptionist indicated they did not accept said insurances and the dentist she had an appointment with was "no longer in the country." Upon speaking Spanish to my father, who was with her, a male receptionist who speaks the language jumped in to assist. He explained the dentist is on vacation in a different country and is set to return later this month. Further, the dentist does accept her insurance. My mother was initially treated unpleasantly and given incomplete information. Thank you to the male receptionist for jumping in to provide better service and reschedule the appointment.

my experience was different. upon entering the business I thought I was at the wrong place. nobody spoke English and I felt that my concerns weren't going to be met due to a language barrier. after getting checked in, I was lead to the back and put in a chair. first, you have no privacy between you and the other people having service done. the nurse came in and tried to talk me out of getting my tooth pulled. my mind was already made up and that's the only thing I wanted. after reviewing my chart they still didn't want to remove my tooth. once the dr came in I told him my story (Dr Omar) he told me he would remove the tooth. no problem. after getting my mouth numbed and about 6 needles. I was ready, he pulled yanked pulled and yanked. he stood up and did more pulling and yanking. i thought my jaw was going to be dislocated! finally the tooth came out! I was in so much pain from the pulling and yanking of jaw I didn't think of my tooth anymore. I was told how to care for my new opening and given pain meds and sent home. my overall expericne I can say that did good, everything from getting my records from one office to theirs. the Dr was great. he was friendly and funny. he made sure I didn't feel a thing and if so he gave me more meds. would I return...no. I just didn't my tooth removed and they did that. I will be returning to my own dentist for all my services.

This location has the worst customer service. I understand that there is a language barrier but good customer service is a universal thing. And it's a shame because the actual dentist seems compassionate. Her dental assistant and staff, are unprofessional and very rude, and inconsiderate.

The friendly, professional workers make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. As pleasant as can be expected at a dentist. Short wait times. Dentist explained step by step what he was doing. A+

Went in for cleaning and fillings. They rushed through the cleaning and flossing, think they missed a couple teeth and basically just touched the others with the grinding-like tool. Ground out some hard build-up but left some behind. Dentist was nice. Fillings went ok. Wont be back, do not recommend.
