My hygienist moved over to this practice, along with another hygienist from a previous practice. My visit to Midtown Richmond Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. I needed a lot of work done, and they took the time and patience to do what was necessary to make sure my teeth were in good health and my gums. They're very thorough in their examination, offer services and ask so there are no surprises on the bill, and the people are very very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. The picture related to this post is what I saw from the chair; something to keep the patient entertained.

Dr. Bigelow and his entire staff are AWESOME! During the holidays I had the unfortunate experience of cracking a molar. When I finally called the office the staff immediately recognized that I was in significant pain and they went out of their way to get me on the schedule to fix the problem. A few days after my initial phone call the molar is fixed and the tooth pain is gone! Everyone in the office does SUPERB work! Thank you Midtown Richmond Dentistry!

If you’re searching for a new practice, this is the spot. They are kind, warm and welcoming. I had called to reschedule my new patient appointment and due to cancellations they were able to get me in that same week. Audra and Shirley made me feel totally comfortable - my teeth look and feel great after my visit. I felt taken care of from my first call to their office!

I have been going to this practice since I was 2 yrs old. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They are the best team in the world to work with and always, always provide the best care! I have loved everyone that has worked on my teeth. Rose rocks, Kelly was awesome, Beth is the best- I have known her since I was little and Shirley is right there with her. Dr. Bigelow is very accommodating and so is his team when you need to get an occasional filling.

My family always has a great experience when we go to the dentist! My son loves getting his teeth cleaned and especially loves the "treasure box." My husband has had multiple crowns done at the office and has been very happy with them. I love my hygienist Gail! She always does a thorough job. Would definitely recommend to friends and loved ones - I am a little partial of course. :^)
