I'm amending my positive review from 5 years ago. This place was absolutely wonderful and Dr. Scott was incredible.
However, things have gone really downhill here in recent years since Dr Freeman (Jr?) took over. I ended up finding a new practice. My last two appointments were rushed and disorganized, and billing has suddenly been a mess.
In 2021 I had an appointment for a night guard - I ended up having to return to have it redone because the imprint wouldn't "take." Eventually I paid my portion, took my night guard home, thought all was well.
But two years later the practice began calling me to collect $75 that they claimed I still owed. I asked for them to send a bill or a statement and they could not provide this information... I had not received so much as a letter from them. They said I needed to update my address so I did, and they began sending me notices that were completely BLANK in the date, billing code, description, service sections, and just read "balance due $75"
When I called to ask for a proper statement, Rebecca (new admin manager?) was incredibly hostile and unprofessional and actually hung up the phone on me. I have called multiple times to try and get this resolved, and no one is able to provide a statement or accounting or any insight as to why this is happening. There is some intense turnover happening at the front desk. Every time I have called the person who answers claims they are too "new" to even see the details of the appointment and supposed balance.
So much unnecessary headache and hostility for me all because they cannot properly manage their own billing... and all for $75? I'm baffled. I would avoid this place at all costs until they sort out their admin and staffing issues.

Both Dr Freeman & Dr Scott are very professional and gentle dentists.
Dr Freeman is even doing dental implants now. Excellent office staff. I highly recommend.

The best Dentist ever!!!! Hands down very friendly everyone in the office makes you feel welcomed. The office was very clean and neat. If anyone is looking for a dentist definitely give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

The assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth, and Doctor Freeman went out of his way to treat me for an emergency visit. They are always so friendly with top notch personal service!
