Very friendly, very detailed, felt as if they truly do care. they got me in straight away, as I was in a deal of pain. I needed my wisdom teeth extracted. they explained everything in great amount of detail on how they would be taking it out and even informed me during the wisdom teeth surgery what they were doing next. I am happy to keep working with them in the future

I came to Dr. Ali for a bottom implant denture. She assessed me and advised me that I would require several visits over time before I would have a proper fitted denture. She was true to her word and over several visits performed a Herculean feat to adjust, fine tune, adjust again, and fine tune again my dentures. For the first time this year, I am enunciating words properly, able to chew food without gagging, and eat in public without embarrassment. I am so grateful for the work Dr. Ali put into restoring my confidence by giving me a properly fitted implant denture that I am recommending her to my family, friends, and colleagues for she is truly a phenomenal dentist.

I’m new to Richmond, so when I needed an infected wisdom tooth taken out ASAP, I was worried I wouldn’t find a dentist in time without paying a small fortune. Luckily, Dr. Ali and her team not only came in EARLY the next day to squeeze me in, they also helped me feel so comfortable throughout the whole procedure and kept the prices as low as possible. I even ended up getting their yearly dental package and plan on returning to Dr. Ali for the foreseeable future. Couldn’t recommend more!

The staff were friendly and helpful -- and they patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Ali explained my options and the next step clearly. The only drawback is that the office is located in an office park that is very challenging to handicapped people.
