Such an amazing office.! I had a great experience at Riverwind Dental. Coming from someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments, the entire staff made me feel welcome and eased my anxiety! Everyone at this office was so nice and friendly. over the weekend I lost my temporary crown. The young lady that works the front desk was nice enough to squeeze me in on a Monday afternoon. When I arrived everyone was so nice. The doctor made me feel comfortable. I had a real nice visit.

On Sunday, I suffered a dental accident. Another Doctor I frequent suggested Doctor Dix & Riverwind Dental to handle my emergency repair. I called just after they opened and Dr. Dix asked me to come in to his office and he would see what could be done. A few hours later, their office called to inform me the repair was complete and ready for pickup. Same day! Before lunch, even. Wow. I needed to pick a new Dentist and it seems The Universe helped me do that. Friendly, professional, helpful. They exceeded my expectations.

I haven’t been to the dentist for about 13 yrs for a variety of reasons. I went in my a consultation and went back for a deep cleaning. The whole staff is amazing from Christy who books the appointments and more to Dr Ha and Katie. They are an amazing staff. No judgements and want to help us with healthy teeth and gums and get us back on track. I am so happy I was recommended to see them. You won’t be sorry. And your mouth will thank you.

I had a toothache that started on Friday afternoon/evening. I called Dr. Dix's office early Saturday morning in hopes that they would be there this weekend. Not only were they in the office, they told me to come in right away and they worked me into their schedule. I was so grateful! Dr. Dix took care of my issue and I was quickly on my way! I have been going to this office for over 26 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I just left my first appointment. Just as a background I am a smoker who hasn’t gone to the dentist in 6 years and I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the team.
