When my insurance company declined a claim due to misinformation from a former dentist they worked with me and were very understanding. I am trying to get it straightened out and I am making payments as well.

They do not accept alot of insurance and was not told up front. When I decided to go somewhere else they take forever to release my records and x-rays. The office is very rude over the phone too.
