Words imply cannot express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Matar and the amazing ladies who worked with him as he had to do quite a difficult root canal for me. My visit was an emergency for I had broken the rest of a very old filling. I have huge anxiety when it comes to visiting a dentist so I regretfully do not go often. Then times I have gone to other dentists the experiences were awful-from rude billing reps to having procedures done without notifying me of an added cost. Dr. Matar managed to conduct a over 2 hour procedure as he worked with his other patients--my visit of this time frame was not scheduled. The two gals who worked with him as he saved me from ortho surgery (somewhere else) were accommodating, friendly and highly knowledgeable. The procedure was intense for me due to having a very low threshold for pain. He asked me numerous times through the procedure how I was doing, encouraging me and settling my nerves. I am indebted to he and his staff for their amazing professionalism, compassion and empathy. It is something I will never forget. I know I higher power brought me to them.
