I am pleased to say that in the past 20 years I have had a fear of dentists. I always feel the needle and be in a lot of pain after each procedure. As a patient of Dr Do and staff I can say I have had the most amazing time and I DIDNT feel no needle not one time. Putting my trust in a dentist is something I do each time and I am very pleased with the work. If you are looking for a great dentist then o can say Dr Do is a good one and the staff is very professional and polite. ready to assist.

So I had a weird experience here.. from the moment I walked to sit in my chair he didn’t like the direction from which I came so respectfully I stepped out the room and came in the other way. He was not friendly nor did he talk to me, he did not explain to me steps of what he was doing or other than to tell me to open more and pull my mouth open with his fingers. I didn’t know what to do when I felt I was choking on water so I grabbed the suction tool to use on myself and he took it from my hands.. this happened repeatedly. He seemed angry to me and I thought that can’t be right.. I haven’t said a word and I’m an easy patient! but I noticed he was putting his tools down rather hard. During my cavity filling I felt pain from something he did toward the roof of my mouth (not very close to cavity) I don’t know if it was an injection or what and I said OW and he huffed and shook his head like angry. He was being rough with his tools and one broke in my mouth which really then caused him to huff and shake his head. I asked if he was ok and he asked me back are you ok and I asked again are you and he said are you ok to which I just said sure. I thanked him at the end of procedure which got no response. Lord help me if I can find a good dentist that takes Medicaid. Awful.

Horrible !! My sons first time at the dentist and this man doesn’t even let us know anything he’s doing, he doesn’t stop to say hello to me and my husband and let us know what he’s gonna do. Then he gives my son a filling and it’s covering two teeth and one didn’t even have a cavity and I called them to fix and it they told me to come right back which I couldn’t and I haven’t heard anything from them since?! Weird

The office was locked at my scheduled appointment time. I did not receive a call or message saying that my appointment had been canceled. That’s just inconsiderate of my time and generally bad business.
