Dr. Ashley Holmes is amazing!! Her and her staff are very helpful and respectful. This is, by far, the best dentist we have ever had. She’s so great that we now go to her husband’s orthodontist office too. He too is amazing!

The staff at Hendricks was very accommodating and we’re back on track to having decent oral hygiene again. Very patient with my little ones. Thank you all so much!

I have been to this practice a handful of times now and I truly cannot sing their praises enough. I have always had intense anxiety when going to the dentist in the past, but Dr. Hendricks, the dental assistants, and all the staff here have made me feel so comfortable. I have never experienced even a hint of pain during dental work and I am checked on and reassured often throughout my procedures. It's a VERY big deal to me that I no longer dread the dentist, I recommend this practice to everyone I know, especially those with anxiety about going!

Our family has been going to Dr Hendricks since I was a young child and I am now 30 years old. I would never consider going to another dental practice. In fact we recently converted my husband to Hendricks Family Dentistry.
I usually see Dr. Holmes but have seen all three dentists. All three dentists are great! Dr. Holmes is so pleasant and is fantastic with explaining and putting you at ease. Her assistant, Kelsey, is awesome, as are Michelle and Amy up front.
I cannot sing the praises of this practice enough. If you are searching for a new dentist do not hesitate to reach out to Hendricks Family Dentistry.

AVOID GOING TO THIS DENTIST! My wife and I just moved into town and set up appointments for a routine check up and cleaning. When my wife went in for her appointment they did a routine cleaning, and then told her that they would be performing X-rays of her teeth. My wife specifically asked if our insurance would cover the X-rays and was told yes. A couple weeks after the visit we received a bill from the dentist stating that insurance would not be covering the X-rays. We then called our insurance provider and asked why they wouldn't be covered since it stated on our plan that it should be. That is when our insurance informed us that Hendricks Dentistry performed a special type of X-Ray that is outside of the normal insurance coverage. We called back into the dentist office and the insurance rep at Hendricks did not seem to care at all. We informed her that we were not happy since we specifically asked if the X-Rays were covered and she just blew it off like it was not her problem. She stated that there was no way of knowing if insurance would cover them without double checking prior to performing the X-Rays, and when I brought up that they told us it was when we asked she had no response. We then informed her that we would not be coming back and she did not seem to care one bit. This place has poor customer service, and clearly is unorganized and will tell a patient anything to squeeze extra money out of every visit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE!
