Let me start off by saying I have dental anxiety, After I had a painful experience as an adult I could not get myself to a dentist. My heart raced just thinking about making a phone call.
This office was recommended to me by a co-worker. Thank Goodness she did.
I have had a tooth pulled and a major cleaning after 7 years of no care. I had no discomfort and the staff did not take my anxiety lightly. They were understanding and caring. I could not of asked for a better experience. They talked to me throughout the procedure. At one point the dental assistant held my hand while my tooth was pulled.
Thank you so much for helping me get my mouth back in order!

I am someone with very bad anxiety with doctors offices however as soon I spoke with the front desk the tone of voice relaxed me the office was beautiful and welcoming. Getting serviced by the treatment coordinator, Jessica, she was so friendly and helped me feel very relaxed being so informative. May, was the first one to walk me to the back and she was very bubbly and understanding which really put me at ease. Dr. Fernandez was very nice and straightforward describing everything he was doing and showed me everything he looked at and saw. This overall was the best experience I have ever had and certainly will continue to go back.

I've been looking for a good dentist for a while. This dentist was recommended so I gave him a try. I was very impressed with his service and support staff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I previously had to cancel my regular cleaning, i called in to find out when they had an opening, and was able to get an appointment in 2 days. The appointment was right on schedule, Very friendly hygienist and thorough. Dr Fernandez performed the final inspection and talked to me about my general dental health. We discussed a possible bridge. He was very honest and offered a few options including ranking by cost, although each person is different because of insurance. The bridge to fill in both side of the mouth missing teeth, he said was the most expensive, had the most metal, and he has had several patients after getting it decided to now wear it. Great place, Great people.

Thanks to Michael Fernandez Family Dentistry!! I have been a patient for over 5 years and I have only praise for this group of professionals. The staff is always courteous and friendly and helpful if I have to reschedule an appointment. The staff work well with each other and enjoy each other. No crabby people at this office!!! The atmosphere is upbeat and focused on care for their patients. In addition its close to Nordstrom Rack where I frequent after my dental visits!! Then I swing by Wegmans! I like being able to turn right onto S. Independence so the location is convenient. So awesome care, upbeat and professional and near shopping!

Another great visit with the always friendly folks here. Super smooth from check-in to checkout. Kelly is awesome, fun, proficient and took care of me today. I was very fortunate to have found Dr Fernandez and his staff.

This office is fantastic. Was referred to them by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff is extraordinarily friendly. Jessica who got me situated was personable and friendly. We had great conversation throughout my visit. Doctor Fernandez was just as humble and friendly as his staff. Super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my exam. I’ll never go to another dentist after being here. ☺️☺️

My family has been going to Dr. Fernandez for over 10 years and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. Dr. Fernandez is personable and attentive, always making sure to explain or answer any questions. All the hygienists and front desk workers are friendly and eager to help. My usual hygienist is Christina and I highly recommend her though they are all fantastic. The office is always very clean and the wait time to be seen is usually 10 minutes or less of being checked in. I have nothing but good things to say and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Fernandez and his staff are amazing! They genuinely care about my family's dental health.

You really do feel welcomed in their office and my kids love coming here esp for the toys lol.

Super clean and modern facility. Awesome front staff, dental assistants are really nice and super efficient at their jobs. The dentist himself Dr. Fernandez is very personable. My fiance and I have been going here for 3 years and do not intend to switch, as they are that good. Highly recommend, even during COVID. I appreciate the extra effort they take to ensure their patients safety.
