My previous experiences with dentists were horrible, ranging from frequently hitting nerves while giving Novocain, to having to redo fillings because they were done wrong the first time. Finding Dr. Sharrock was an unbelievable relief. He not only does fantastic quality work, but also does a great job of making you feel comfortable through the whole process.

I had been seeing Dr. Tuggle before Dr. Boylan took over the practice, and I must say that everything transitioned smoothly and without a hitch! The hygienists at the practice (many of whom rolled over), all have excellent bedside manner and are always super friendly! The receptionists and office workers are also great, as they are very receptive to scheduling / rescheduling / cancellation needs, and are always there to remind you of an upcoming appointment!

Though I have not had any major dental work done since the transition from the old practice, I have a crown (my first ever) coming up and I feel as though I’m in great hands!

I have had all my dental care done by DR Sharrock for the past 15 years and wouldn't go any other place. DR Sharrock is very caring of your needs, explaining why conditions are the way they are and how he is going to go about improving or fixing your particular issue. I used to have concerns of visiting the dentist; however, after care under DR Sharrock I no longer fear going to the dentist. I have never had any discomfort under his care and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing dental care.

Our entire family has been going to Dr. Sharrock for approx. 25 years or ever since he opened the office on Mt. Pleasant Road. He has done cleanings, whitenings, fillings. root canals and crowns for us.All have been satisfactory and there have been no problems. Dr. Sharrock explains what is needed and why and from there it is your decision. There is no pressure. We have always been treated with the utmost respect from Dr. Sharrock and his entire staff. We would certainly recommend Dr. Sharrock to anyone who is looking or needs a dentist.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Sharrock for 7 years. Dr Sharrock is not only a great dentist, but a personable caregiver too! He has a very professional staff which also helps make visits to his office comfortable. Can't imagine ever going to another dentist!!! Over 20 years ago, after a lifetime of avoiding dentists I finally went to see Dr. Sharrock. As you could imagine, much work needed to be done on my teeth and I was scared to death. He took all my fears away, made the experience virtually painless and was such a comfort. Twenty plus years later, my teeth are in perfect shape and I go for my bi-yearly teeth cleaning like clockwork. I couldn't be happier. My entire family, including my sister, her husband and my nephew all go to Dr. Sharrock now, as well. Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to!!!

They always take the time to make sure that you are comfortable, and they offer sedation dentistry to help put you at ease. I will tell you that my 24 year old son has NEVER missed an appointment since he met Dr. Sarah and I used to have to bribe him to go to the dentist. She IS that good! In our opinion, RB Comprehensive Dentistry Team IS the premier dentistry practice in Hampton Roads!

I got early service on every dental emergency. You can tell a great Dentist when you don't take any anesthetics for simple tooth fillings. This is where you can tell a good dentist from a bad dentist. I'm very impressed with the service and his ability to do the job smoothly. Also, he doesn't get over committed like some others. Dental over commitment is when you sit in a chair forever with the assistant entertaining you, only to be shot up again when they return, when your visit was just a simple filling. If you are like me and what to get in and out fast, this is the place. I don't feel any pain and I'm back to work without a droopy numb mouth and you don’t have to go back several times to get something adjusted. That’s my kind of Dentist

He takes his time to ensure your questions are answered and that you are comfortable with the procedure.
