I got my appointments as I wanted. Dr and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They wasted no time and got my treatment plan and showed what I need to pay with my Aetna PPO plan. The best thing was they cleaned my teeth good and helped me with referrals immediately. I am grateful.

When I needed emergency dental services on short notice and my own provider was unavailable, it seemed as though no one could accommodate me anywhere in Virginia Beach. However, Dr. Javeed and her staff made the time to help me and were calming, caring and thoroughly professional. In a word, they are amazing! .

My Mother and I get dental services at this office for regular cleanings. Dr Javeed and all of her hygienists and administrative staff are professional and courteous . COVID protocol is observed and the lobby is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

I broke a couple of fillings and one of them got slightly infected causing vision blurring pain! The Staff of Smile Care was quick, efficient and very helpful with stopping the pain and developing a treatment and care plan. I was literally in and out within an hour. They issued Antibiotics and Pain Meds until the repair can be made after killing the infection….needless to say, No More Pain right now at all!
