Before Smilecare moved into this office, I had been going to the previous dentist there for over 10 years. When I came in for my very first appointment with a new dentist, Dr. Javeed, she had studied my chart and history (I had been going since I was 8 years old and am now 23 years old) and assured me that she would take care of me. She has since kept that promise, and I don't plan on going anywhere else. Her staff is also very friendly and I enjoy chatting with them every time I'm there. The office is very clean, there and I love being able to watch TV while I'm getting my dental work done!

My experience was wonderful!! I'm pregnant and they took great care of me!! I got over heated and my hygentist Amanda made me feel super comfortable. Poor thing has to stand the whole time to do my teeth which I felt bad about but she understood!! And the dr used to be at my old dentist office and I was so happy to see her. She is amazing. Very friendly staff and very nice office. Amanda did a great job getting the tarter off my teeth which was a lot; and have never had someone do that great of a job and take their time. Love the staff and will be coming back!!

I went to Smile Care Family Dentistry and was greeted by a very friendly staff and felt comfortable through the entire time. I went in for a checkup and after getting my X-ray taken Dr.Javeed informed me that I need a filling done in my teeth. She was immediately able to get my filling taken care of. She was frequently in communication with me during the filling to see if I was doing ok or in any discomfort. Dr.Javeed was very kind and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure I went through. This is one of the cleanest and modern dental office I had been to in Virginia Beach. I highly recommend Smile Care Family Dentistry to anyone!

This dentistry is great! All of the staff are very professional and courteous. They actually care about their patients and aren't just looking to make as much money as possible. Dr. Javeed is very kind, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable. She has only your best interests at heart and will do her best to maintain your dental health. You won't have to worry about anyone lying to you here or not knowing what they're doing. They are all well educated and certified. They will even work with you in making payments and getting the best prices possible!

During my first appointment for an oral evaluation on 12 June 2020, I was very impressed with the cleanliness/neatness of the office. And the professionalism of the staff. I was also impressed by how thorough the oral evaluation was compared to other places. Dr. Javeed is awsome. She listens to you and showed that she really cares about the health of your teeth.
