My search for an ethical and loving dentist office in Virginia Beach has been a bit difficult. I wanted an office that was clean and well kept, organized, and made me feel comfortable. I looked for staff that were kind and understanding, as well. With Smile Care Family Dentistry, I found all of those traits and then some! The staff was awesome, the building was spacious and clean with an excellent dentist. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. (Even though she was not too please that I didn't floss everyday)! Check them out for sure! You'll leave confident in your choice.

Today was my first appointment. It went well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist didn't try to start any long conversation with me while they cleaned my teeth. That was very nice of them.

2 years later... just to save 20$ and the same tooth she worked on is still hurting my nerve. She broke up a good cap to get to a cavity on the tooth next to it. She realized after breaking my good cap that she couldnt reach the tooth with the cavity. I paid thousands for a new I'll fitted cap and both teeth are worse off than when i came in. Insurance is just as nutty! Not happy at all!! In terrible pain today May 31, 2019!!!

The staff here at smile care are all awesome ! Very welcoming. I have to bring my toddler with me when I come and they treat him like family. Very positive environment! Very neat and clean. I would recommend them to everyone. Just awesome.

I went to Dr Javeed's office as a new patient to get my previous filling checked as it was really bothering me. Dr Javeed took a quick look at it and informed that my filling wasn't done correctly and would potentially increase the possibility of getting another cavity. She said it had to be taken care of immediately. Considering the severity of the issue, she accommodated for my procedure to be done the very next day. Her staff was very friendly and her hygienist Heather did a really good job assisting her while the filling was redone. It seems that the sensitivity in my teeth is reduced significantly and the new filling feels much better than the previous one. I had a very pleasant and hospitable experience at her office. The office was very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Smile Care Family Dentistry!!

Dr. Javeed and her office staff are wonderful! I was very pleased with the care I received. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you will never be disappointed. Heather, front desk, was very friendly. Beverly, the hygienist, was very gentle and explained every procedure in detail. I felt very at ease. The office itself is very pleasant and comfortable. It really was worth the drive to Virginia Beach from Chesapeake. Dr. Javeed is very compassionate and really cares about her patient's dental health. Excellent excellent excellent. I can't express that enough.

Dr. Javier's has been seeing my grandfather for sometime now and when I finally got my health insurance I ran straight to her for all of my dental work.
