Yesterday I went to the office to talk to Ashley...the Administrative Assistant who is THE source for insurance information. She took her time to explain what plan would be best for my husband and myself:) and I left with the knowledge to make the right decision! Bravo Ashley for stopping everything you were doing to help me with my many questions.
This practice always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make each of their patients feel like queens and kings!

WOW, just WOW, never thought that I would look forward to Dentistry visits but Dr D and all staff was/is efficient yet gentle throughout the entire procedure(s) including billing. Since I am terrified by syringes, I insisted upon no local anesthetic. They initially questioned that decision but agreed to proceed with caution. The procedure was not painless BUT was amazingly tolerable. Wow, these folks are great at what they do and I am very greatful and happy to have found them. I highly recommend them to any and all looking to improve their dental health. 10 stars if I could, thank you.....much love!

Absolutely awesome and caring staff, they are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering all my questions. Dr. Horwitz are awesome dentist! got me through my crowns that I was very nervous about without pain and did a great job! definitely will recommend this place to all of my friends!

My father-in-law used to be our dentist. When he passed away we were challenged with finding the same type of dentist we were comfortable. Dr. Horwitz was the third local dentist we went to, and we knew he was the one after giving him a try.
His staff is very professional and his hygienists are wonderful. They take the time to make sure our teeth are clean and in good shape.
Dr. Horwitz makes you feel comfortable with his compassion and fun personality.
I truly appreciate that he does not try and sell you services and treatments that are not needed. He is conservative in what he recommends.
I believe he is the best dentist in Tidewater!

Love this practice! From the moment you walk in to the time you check out everyone is so pleasant and kind. My hygienist, Lissi, always takes care of me and is awesome! Dr. Dorfman and Dr. Abbey are both great dentist and I always recommend them.
