For the past nine years, myself and my entire family of five have always received not only the best punctual care, but have been treated as family. Dr. Waterman and her entire staff has always been so caring of our concerns, while providing the best advice for all of our dental care and needs. Each and every visit, all of us are welcomed with conversations regarding not only the reason for our visit, but also family life. Which is so comforting, showing each member of my family that they truly care for us. I highly recommend not only Dr. Waterman as a dentist, but also her hygienists, and also her receptionist, and anyone else on her team! Everyone on her team are superior and just amazing!!! The entire team is truly blessed to be working together as they provide the utmost care to their patients!!! Hands down the BEST dental office I have ever visited and will stay with them!!!

Worst experience in my life literally, I’m serious this is #1. At 16 I chipped my tooth, it was fine for over 10 years. The dentist talked me into have a filling even though it showed no signs of decay but should be done as a precaution. The filling ended up 6 months later with decay under it from failure to remove all moisture before applying the filling. My tooth was then drilled deeper to remove this new decay. My tooth instantly became much more sensitive. After several failed attempts I was told a crown must be installed over the entire tooth. After already paying hundreds of dollars now I was required to pay over a thousand even with the 50% discount as she knew this was her fault. After several attempts and grinding several times on the top tooth to which it too has become more sensitive I lost all confidence. The tooth was still extremely sensitive and I was not even able to chew on that side of my mouth for over 2 years. To the point it was noticeable that once side of my jaw had more muscle then the other. Finally she said I needed a root canal. Which I would get no discount. I ended up going to Ukriane a few years ago and for $500 they fixed the tooth and top tooth, No root canal needed, remade my crown, told me with would be sensitive for about 6 weeks and then normal again. In less then 6 weeks I was able to eat on this side of my mouth again. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

Honestly can’t think of anyone more qualified to keep my teeth looking fantastic than Dr. Waterman. Would give far more than 5 stars if it was allowed. Have been seeing her (as well as my parents and brothers) for the last decade and a half!
