They saw me for an emergency and took excellent care of me making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Barrett and his assistant were amazing. Keeping my teeth healthy is very important to me. I was going to one dentist in the tidewater area for 10 years and loved them but I relocated to New Kent and started going to one in Hampton for a year (2 visits) and I didn’t feel they did well. I came to this location one time and was very happy with my cleaning. I feel I found my new dentist near my new town now! They was awesome!

Dr. Barrett and his team were kind and welcoming. My old dentist said I needed all my wisdom teeth removed, and had 8 cavaties. Dr. Barrett said I could keep my wisdom teeth!! I only had 5 cavities. What a relief! I am so happy to find a dentist that is honest and fair. Great family man, who boasted about how awesome his kids are and how lucky he is to have such a patient wife who puts up with his antics. He filled one of my cavities very quickly and efficiently. I will forever go to West Point smiles from now on. Highly recommend.

Gotta give credit when it’s due. I had an appointment scheduled at 1pm and I called to see if I could come in earlier being an executive director of a senior living community or the ED of any company your schedule changes. They were able to let me come in earlier and got me seen Asap. There was no wait and all the staff were very nice and professional. Dentist was amazing. Everyone was amazing.
