Last week I was at Woodbridge area for work reasons and i had an emergency, I ask one of my co workers for a good dentist around the area, he recommend me DR. Bouroncle.
I made an appointment with him and I had the best dentist experience. He was very professional and he shows me a high knowledge about dental care.. I wish I can find some like him around my area NY..

Dr Buoroncle is not only extremely professional and very knowledgeable but a VERY honest person. His staff, from the front desk to assistants are super nice and friendly, always making me feel like a very valued customer. The facility is also very nice and cozy, very clean and honestly I can say that before I didn't enjoy going to the dentist until I meet Dr. Buoruncle. Highly recommended, you will not leave dissaponted !

My first few visits were ok.. Even though he never properly smoothed out a filling on my front tooth which left unsightly ridges after asking him to fix it twice. This practice is dishonest and they don't check your benefits properly which results in scamming their customers. Then they send delinquency letters with final warnings when I never even got the first letter or a phone call regarding balances. I asked them to check if a $400 procedure is covered and they said yes but never properly check with dental delta. They neglected to prebill all services that I asked and didn't disclose the differences with procedures offered. They simply did what they wanted and sent me the bill. I filed complaints with my insurance company which did result in grievance adjustments. I am now going to file a complaint with the state dental board. Please do NOT go here unless you are willing to risk them sneaking in unpaid services to get more cash from you directly. Make sure you always call your insurance company to find out what is covered before and during your appointment... Otherwise be prepared to pay out of pocket and be sent to a debt collector.

After my previous review (which was not good) I received a call from New Smiles Dental - Family and Cosmetic Dentistry at 9AM this morning. An appointment was scheduled for 10:30AM. I gave them the crown/implant that had come out yesterday (Sunday 16Feb.) The crown/implant was replaced, making both GEHA and myself very happy. I have not had any severe problems with the care provided previously. I just lost it when the crown/implant came out, especially since it came out while I was sleeping. I'm looking forward to continuing to use New Smiles Dental - Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for many years to come.

I have visited Doctor B. a few times. He is an excellent dentist. He is very gentle when it comes to your teeth and he tells you in detail what he is going to do and why he is going to do it.
I travel from Stafford/Fredericksburg because he is worth the drive.

Great dentist and great staff :) - I've had everything from cleanings to fillings to extractions to crowns and I've never had a problem. This is a very nice office with a very nice staff, so if you're looking to make a change, PLEASE check them out!
